Personally, I would like to express my great gratitude to the Board expert (and in particular to the forensic expert Anisko E.Yu.) for conducting an examination of the children's swing on which my child was injured. The examination was carried out on time and honestly, indicating in the conclusion absolutely all non-compliance with safety requirements, while establishing a causal relationship of all non-compliance of the swing with the fall of my child.
In the future, it was thanks to the conclusion of the Board of Experts that I was able to recover compensation for moral damage from the municipal service of the city in court proceedings.
A terrible place, especially the expert Derevyago, who performs an auto examination without understanding anything about it, the acts do not provide papers for the funds received, I will wait for the court and will terminate the contract and find out the reasons why the expert rules LLC does not issue an act of completed work and documents confirming receipt of funds, even about their demand

It's terrible! They conduct examinations in bad faith, they manage to conduct examinations even without documents. Whose product?, which product?, are they checking the question? In some private basements. There is no control!
I want to tell everyone a story about the completely wrong attitude towards clients on the part of Pravitexpert, which caused me to lose a lot of time, money and nerve cells.
Anyway, I bought a Samsung Gelaxi S8 at MTS. Soon the display burned out (yellow stripes appeared) and this problem is of widespread importance among all owners of screens with similar manufacturing technology. To terminate the purchase and sale agreement, MTS appointed an expert examination at Pravitexpert, where it (MTS) constantly makes examinations.
The expert was asked questions, literally: Does the phone have flaws? If so, are they caused by a violation of the rules of operation.
The expert Dubrovka (a very slippery and cunning type, constantly smiling maliciously) conducted an examination and gave an answer, literally: No functional defects were detected. The OAU (phone) is in working condition.
As a result, MTS asked me to return the cost of the examination to them in 250 rubles. I refused. I've been sued. I filed a counterclaim. In court, I asked the expert Dubrovka a question: what is a "functional defect" and where is the definition of this term? Dubrovka began to crumple, smile, shyly roll his eyes, but replied that such a term did not exist anywhere. Then I asked: Is operable and serviceable condition the same thing? Then Dubrovka realized that he smelled fried and started smiling and rolling his eyes again, but he had to answer and he said that it was not the same thing.
As a result: MTS lost the court, I proved that the examination is fake and does not answer the questions posed. Then I wrote to the Board of Experts saying how so – the court canceled your examination, return the moral damage to me. The answer came – everything is fine, we did not violate anything…
For myself, I concluded that MTS and Pravitexpert got along with each other and put on (put on bast shoes) the people.
Total: do not go to the Board of Experts – the people there are very, very strange, do examinations in other places.
I do not recommend it, they behave dishonestly, cheat with deadlines, the examination itself is of poor quality. They gave a mobile phone for examination. Don't set foot on them anymore.
