The first impression is good, the reception is nice, the waiting area is good. But I think the most important thing is still car repair. What you wrote in the order is not seen at close range, I had to "poke my finger" at each item. As a result, we made one out of 5 points. And the price was rolled out 3 times more expensive than the market. When getting a car, they didn't even let you talk to the master, they have a queue, and you're sitting here trying to ask questions, interfering with work. And like a "headshot", after standing on the street near the railway for 3 days, the car was covered with an inch of dirt. And I came to them right after the car wash, having my own car wash, and I didn't burn the car to the client, which was their fault for 3 days (but in the advertisement they beautifully write how they put everything in covers, etc.) this is outright disgusting!! You will not get any service or adequate prices here!!

As a result, the injectors were replaced, well, they didn't like something, they said we should leave the car, the electrician didn't look at the car on Saturday, although they initially signed up for an electrician, they left the car, because there was no way out, they said we could pick it up only on Tuesday, it turns out Sunday, Monday the car was just standing because the electrician and those who deal with the injectors had the weekend off, they came to pick them up on Tuesday, printed out a form with the work done and the cost, they started asking the administrator questions, she started freaking out that she had a queue, and we're asking questions here, they included suspension diagnostics in the order, although this service was part of the promotion, if you fit the car was in the morning, they didn't fix any problem at all, although it was spelled out in the order, the master just said he didn't see it (the masters and the administrator can't cope with the flow of people, so it's very problematic to ask some question, the administrator is nervous, the master is also unhappy, well, I'm sorry when I cry 300 $, and the actual work is 500 rubles, then there will be questions.
