The only negative experience we had was when his manager interrupted him while he was opening a bottle of wine. This incident had a bad effect on the management style. It would have been better if she had let him finish and then talked to him alone. Having worked in the service industry for 10 years, I have never come across something like this. The manager should reconsider his approach and show his team the same respect as he does for his clients.

So, you can sit with them and leave money, but for the time being, then you are not pleasing. The girls were asked several times where exactly you are sitting, and after doubts were expressed about Dmitry's professionalism with 30 years of experience (according to him), it was stated to me: what, go to the toilet again? Well, yes, I'm resting, drinking beer, I need to use the bathroom, but the guards are surprised. In general, you either don't let them in right away if you don't like someone, or don't wipe your feet on them. If you share Dmitry's position, close it as soon as possible, if not, put a person without hatred for people and without the watchman syndrome at the entrance, otherwise listen to him, he is the main one in your institution. I do not advise you to visit this institution in Minsk, everything used to be cool, now they have recruited uncultured guards at an age that allows it is unclear who to enter the institution and it becomes generally not pleasant to relax there. Nowadays there are a lot of normal establishments, so don't set foot here anymore. By the way, there was a company of well-off people, but there was a disabled person of group 1 in the company, on crutches, and they wouldn't let us in.

The rating of 4.4 stars is screwed up, I do not find any other justification.
1. The situation. OK, they made a summer house, but from cheap chairs and tables, as if it were a barbecue at Ashot's. Coupled with the fact that the tiles under your feet will be shaking.
2. The staff. We sat for 10-15 minutes, no one cared about us. The waitress came up when they began to wave their hands and clap insistently, otherwise it was impossible to tear the guys away from conversations and phones.
3. Food. To ask 1,500 Russian rubles for a salad that is mediocre in composition?! - Michelin restorns in Moscow, for example, the same Russian asks for +/- 1000 Russian rubles. They did not take anything, because they were not ready to pay more in a barbecue setting than in a restaurant with a reputation.
4. Alcohol. We ordered a signature cocktail "Summer Night". Braga with strawberry jam, no other way.
I strongly do not recommend it!

I should immediately note that, as it turned out, the institution is designed for a youth audience (up to 40 years old), although I am 46 and I was quite comfortable. Among the advantages, I will note the work of the waiters, generally delicious food (the wine was from the category of expensive, thanks for not saving), generally an atmospheric place, good music. The audience is adequate, mostly 25-30 years old. I didn't see cattle and a "collective farm" there. We left around 2 a.m., I don't know how it ended) Of the disadvantages, I had to sit at a common table, although the administrator wrote that there would be a table for the company. There is no car entrance to the entrance of the institution (not critical, but when it rains outside, it must be taken into account). The New Year's program started at 10 p.m. instead of the announced 8. We arrived at the beginning of the 9th and in fact just sat and waited for two hours. And there was no program as such, the presenter held a couple of contests only. The audience gathered mostly closer to 11 p.m. The rib eye steak seemed a little harsh to me. In general, I expected more from the New Year's Eve. It is clear that this institution positions itself highly and monitors its image, but I did not really like this particular new year in it.

I'm blown away by this! They have only 5 tables there, probably, and in general, how is it possible?! Many people just go to the bar, not to the table! In general, the impression was not pleasant at all, there is no desire to return there! Let them try to earn money from "their own" or the girls breed them random guests.

I was celebrating my birthday, at first the problems started when ordering a table, I called the bar on Tuesday and asked to book a table for Saturday. The administrator Anton replied that he would call back tomorrow and arrange a table.
No one called back tomorrow. On Thursday, I already called myself, and when I asked about the reservation, they told me that there were no tables available anymore, and that he had forgotten to book a table for me, and now everything is already occupied. Later, my wife called back to the bar, after talking with the receptionist, they were still able to make a table for at least a smaller number of people.
We came to make a pre-order, made a pre-order, left an advance payment, said what kind of roast the steaks should be (in the end, all were the same and not what we ordered) and clarified many nuances that no one fulfilled.
We came on Saturday to celebrate the DR, the waiter delivered on his own initiative the water that I did not order, I asked to remove it, but it was not removed from the bill. We also agreed that at the end of the evening I would get a discount due to a large order.
During the evening, the service was so-so, they rarely came up, more often I had to call and look for the waiter myself, and when the disco started, I did not see the waiter at all.
At the end of the evening, an invoice was brought with an amount of more than 2000 rubles and without a discount, I asked to check it. We made a discount and brought an invoice for 1823 rubles.
Since I left an advance payment of 200 rubles, I count off the amount of 1623 rubles, but the administrator says that there is a certain service fee (it is not in the bill and this is the first time I have heard about this in Belarus) and it is necessary to pay not 1623, but 1780 rubles. That is, in fact, to give someone just the amount of 150 rubles. I refused, calling the director of this bar, and explained that this was some kind of nonsense.
But that's not all, in the morning I decided to check the bill, as it turned out, 1 extra cocktail was added to my bill for 22 rubles, 2 bottles of water for 20 rubles and half a liter of whiskey in the amount of 180 rubles.
That is, the total amount that I was cheated on in the institution:
222 rubles and they also wanted to cram in a service fee for 150 rubles.
Also, at the end of the evening, I ordered a cocktail at the bar, I have tried such horror for a long time. It smells like moonshine like hell, that is, towards the end of the evening, instead of normal whiskey, they start pouring cheaper alcohol.
