I got an appointment with O.V. Kokorina, left a practical souvenir from Minsk, and made an appointment at random (the usual dentist also had a weekend off). I liked the doctor, the assistant too, the material didn't stink as usual (filtek), maybe it was the technology (this time I replaced the fillings), everything went quickly, but it seems to be of high quality (the lamp was held properly%). I think this is important when 2 people are working. The cost is like in a good clinic in Moscow.
the only disadvantages are the household ones: the air conditioner above the chair (fortunately it was not turned on, because it is a distributor of bad things in the air, and not only its temperature control) and the lack of an urn in the toilet (apparently, they recently moved and did not have time to organize). And another big plus is the administrator.
We came to Minsk for a short time and it was one of the few clinics that allowed foreigners to make appointments (without a phone number). The first entry had to be cancelled due to delays at the border, to which they reacted with understanding. They even helped us find an extra window during these pre-holiday days.
The first impression was pleasant: clean, in a convenient location, although I had to wander around the building a bit in search of a suitable elevator.
The first person I went to see was Dr. Zinevich, a very professional woman with an excellent assistant. I had a 3D scan of my teeth and a lot of X-rays taken during the treatment, the canal was promptly cured, they gave me advice and explained everything clearly. I liked the clarity, speed and quality of the work. Special praise to the assistant for the way she skillfully and timely got rid of everything that could bother me during the procedure.
The next day, we found and organized a large window at Dr. Kamenetskaya's, where I cured another channel. I was pleased with the humor and positive attitude here. There was a feeling that Dr. Kamenetskaya could be an excellent pediatric dentist with the way she manages to build contact with patients. The work took a bit of a stretch, but the result was totally worth it - the tooth looks like it's so beautiful without a filling. The assistant was both a friend from the last visit and a new employee, so there were 3 pairs of hands conjuring over my mouth.
Overall, there was a pleasant atmosphere during both of my visits, and I am happy with the end result, although I found more problems in my mouth than I thought. I can't comment on prices in terms of average Minsk prices, but compared to European prices, the quality level is even higher for less money.
I didn't want to leave a negative review right away, but I realized that you can't keep quiet about this. I was at the reception on ≈24.01.2025. A.N. Kamenetskaya made an appointment with a doctor for a consultation. Due to an overlap in their schedule, they had to wait 40 minutes. During this time, I went to their 3D photo. When the doctor invited me for a consultation. Regarding the tooth that was bothering her, she said that the nerve needed to be removed. That the tooth is MONOCONAL and nerve removal will cost 350r approximately. She said to redo ALL the seals (6 pieces) and do a professional cleaning. So she calculated ≈1200r for everything. After that, I went to another doctor in another clinic. And you know what? It turns out that everything is fine with hygiene and I do not need professional cleaning at the moment, since I recently did it. And most importantly, that tooth, according to Kamenetskaya's doctor, turned out to be a four—channel one. Of course, I understand everything, but it's impossible to determine the number of channels in a 3D image.
As it turned out, there is no need to change those 6 seals either.
THE VERDICT. Apart from the visual component of the clinic, I didn't notice anything good there. The administrator, who appointed people with the expectation that someone would not come, then could not even clearly explain that the reception would be delayed. My advice is to look for more professional doctors. Because it's probably more important for these people to earn money than to help.
