The gym is small, the range of exercise equipment is very small, there is only 1 trainer. And then the group will recruit 10 people at one time, but you pay the money as individual lessons. You don't get any result in the end, only arthrosis of the knee joint and lower back pain.

There is a good gym, the staff is attentive and the students are friendly. The simulators, however, are old, but this does not prevent you from working out properly. Good music.
There are almost no people during the day, but in the evening there are a lot of people.
The cost of a single workout is 1000 tenge.
