I bought goods from Amazon, which, unfortunately, are not on our market.
I used Postal services for the first time and was impressed and pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery and service. The operators always responded to messages and the parcel was tracked.
Plus, truffles imported from the USA were recommended at the issuing point. It was very convenient. Thank you ☺️

There are no questions about the delivery itself and the safety of the goods, but what a problem with support. Boors are absolutely everything from and to.
We haven't heard anything about the approach to clients - it's obvious. It's impossible to contact someone, and if you do, you'll just get rude 3 times without hello and goodbye.
The service is disgusting, we'll have to look for an alternative, because it's disgusting to talk.
Another funny fact is that in 7 (!) years of using the service, I asked twice to change the city, because I was in another city on business, and it was more convenient for me to pick up the parcel there, and then I asked to change it back, to which I received "you can't change it back here," I'm sorry, why? :P trouble

Very cool service. And most importantly, it is transparent, without any hidden payments, everything is described in detail on the website. You can safely order! I ordered a gadget from Amazon, it was brought to Almaty in 10 days! The shipping cost is very reasonable.

I have been working with this company for many years. The attitude towards customers is very friendly - they will always tell you, they will go to a meeting. The most amazing service for the purchase and forwarding of goods from the USA in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. They carry goods from the states for $20 per kg and $16 from Amazon. They buy it out on Amazon themselves. There are season tickets. Of the main advantages, always in touch, always ready to help with any question, always polite (which is rare nowadays).
Postal has its own convenient application for iOS and Android.
Upon registration, you receive an address in the USA to which you make any purchases from any online stores. You register all purchased goods in your personal account. Cargo consolidation is weekly. It departs on Fridays, and next Thursday it's already here. For those who have a subscriber, free delivery of incoming parcels is included (in the square of the streets ...).
I have been using their service for more than 8 years.
Recently, it became possible to deliver parcels from online stores from Germany, and therefore the entire European Union.
I am very satisfied and recommend it to everyone who makes purchases in the USA with delivery to us.

It is impossible to register on the site, there are errors in the application at every step. One manager in whatsapp sends voicemails, the other is not able to read the messages, understand them, or, accordingly, respond in essence. Thank you for making it clear at this stage that it is better not to spend money in your office.

I have always applied for delivery here for several years now. It is especially convenient if the sites do not have delivery to Kazakhstan, then PostalExpress is a salvation.
