This mail is working very badly!!! Especially the postmen!!! This is the 4th time I've lost my subscription newspaper!!! On April 3, they did not issue the "Makeevsky Worker of the DPR" and did not even try to search for this newspaper, but only rejected the type "they did not bring it"!!! Why did I subscribe to this newspaper?!! So that when I'm 75 years old they can shake my nerves on this post?!! My son has already written a million complaints to all authorities to this mail, and to no avail!!! Where does the boss look that such employees are hired at all?!!! HORROR and NIGHTMARE!!!! Besides, there are eternal queues, a crowd even on the street, and inside the room is generally packed with people, you can't get enough for a whole day!!! And the boorish operator of window number 2, who is rude, rude and yells at everyone!! I myself witnessed how the department was closing for a break, there was a queue and this rude operator was shouting to get out faster because, you see, she wants to eat!!! Is it even normal for the mail staff to behave like this in front of customers?! And the authorities are not doing anything...

There are always huge queues here, it's just some kind of madhouse!!!! It's just impossible to get to the post office!!! And as soon as the working day ends, such scandals occur almost every day - horror! In November 2023, on the 20th and 21st, I personally had to participate in such scandals, as I had to receive registered letters and the shelf life was already coming to an end... And yet, at this post office, the operator in window number 2 is nervously unbalanced - he yells at everyone all the time, insults in different ways... He can also impose obscenities. And the postmen! It's also a nightmare! Gas receipts are thrown anywhere instead of being distributed to apartments (and most of us don't have mailboxes in our building)! Subscription newspapers are sometimes not issued in a timely manner!!!This year alone, there have already been 3 such violations!!! They have to give it out on Friday, but they only find this newspaper by Tuesday, and then we are constantly writing complaints about them to all authorities and no one is doing anything!!! IT'S A NIGHTMARE!!!!!

there you need to put clamshells to stand in line. there is a constantly working window , they do everything but not for their intended purpose to issue correspondence , you can get married , have children and get divorced in time .Just A GUARD!!
