A beautiful neat place, the territory is well maintained. We spent the evening there, we liked everything. Entrance is paid for guests. There is a private kitchen with a view of the beach.
It's clear that there used to be a super place.
There is clearly not enough landlord and funding right now. They live off the past.
The prices are unreasonably high.
