She has been served in this printing house for quite a few years. I also remember them at the very beginning of the journey. And I can say for sure about "was" and "became". It was sincere, warm and high-quality. It became: bad (there are many synonyms, I will stop at this). It is of poor quality, there is no service "on time" - only "before" - in order to "take" the client. And then everything is on "nihaitak". The cost of services is higher than the market! I've compared it more than once! It was serviced only because of its geographically convenient location. After the last two, to a number of joints in one order, which cost me a lot of nerves, I will not contact this printing house anymore. I recommend the Owner to pay attention to the processes. From the moment of approval of the layout to the moment of quality control BEFORE giving the Customer the finished order.

I came to this printing center to print three sheets on A1, asked to fold according to GOST. There are no questions about the print quality, but the accuracy and correctness of folding is a separate story... Not only were all the sheets very much crumpled, and the folding was not done at all according to GOST, and even with creases, so they also took 10 rubles for this work. Only for folding. I strongly do not recommend this center to you for the reasons described above, take better advantage of competitors' centers, where prices are more loyal and stack up well

They work through an alert system with an order number, which means they are sitting in CRM and are unlikely to forget about your order. I ordered stickers on containers for the coffee shop. I paid for the development of the layout, and the layout was sent for approval. I looked at the design without checking the spelling (there were many small names on one sheet). When I picked up the order, I saw that everywhere instead of "ginger" it says "imbril". Everything was written correctly in the list from me. They refused to redo it after full payment and explained it by the fact that I did not check for them and did not even apologize.
I recommend checking their spelling and design, as designers write with mistakes and do not admit their guilt.
They offered to do it again for repeated payment.
