We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Goris! The view of the mountains is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff and the owner were incredibly kind — the owner even helped us get to a shop and arranged a taxi for us late in the evening. It really made us feel at home. Highly recommended if you're visiting Goris!

A great, cozy hotel. New, clean, beautiful. The rooms are small but cozy, and there is everything inside for comfort: a private bathroom, shower, slippers, toiletries, soft linens, towels smell like detergent, and new mattresses. The views are excellent, there is a panoramic balcony overlooking the mountains and the city.
The people are very hospitable, kind, and open-minded. The food is fresh and incredibly delicious. We definitely recommend you to visit. Thank you for the warm welcome.

The most friendly atmosphere! We were greeted with great cordiality.
The rooms are very clean and fresh.
We booked a double room, checked into a room with 3 beds, but it didn't matter to us :) There is a fairly spacious parking lot near the hotel. Shared balcony with a wonderful view of the city. The room has a set of dishes, tea and coffee, water, and a shower set. The only problem was the drain in the shower (the water did not leave) and audibility (it was noisy until 2 a.m., although according to the rules of the hotel, the silence mode is from 22:00).
The hotel has a restaurant, standard breakfast, a la carte dinner. Everything is very tasty!

We met like family. We were taken care of, the staff is just wonderful. The breakfasts are optional, delicious for a very small price. There was a balcony-terrace with sofas and armchairs on our floor, it is very pleasant to sit there in the warm season, besides, the balcony offers a view of the city, it is very beautiful in the evening. If I'm ever in Goris again, I know where to stay.

A small, comfortable and clean 3-storey hotel. There is a veranda with a very beautiful view of Goris. The rooms have shower facilities and two towels each. On the ground floor there is an inexpensive and delicious restaurant with local and European food. They can help with a taxi.

We had such a good rest that we forgot to take photos from the hotel, but I'll tell you! firstly, the very pleasant design of the hotel, a lot of plants.
secondly, the room has a kettle and a hairdryer. the room really liked the mattress and all the bed linen - perfect softness / stiffness, the blanket is not hot, breathable. I really liked the shower - a great tropical shower with instant adjustment of the ideal water temperature.
we were vacationing with a group of friends and we were impressed by the food - the prices are reasonable, dinner for six, where everyone had several dishes, came out about 30k drams. The food was all good. breakfast was also amazing: lots of sweet and creamy bread spreads, bread, sausages and sausages, eggs in any variation, fruits, vegetables, pancakes with meat, croissants, compote, tea and coffee (2.5k drams for everything).then I had to lie down for half an hour before leaving the room.
the staff is wonderful, we had a very pleasant conversation.
the hotel also has a large terrace, which will soon have a bonfire place (we were here in July 2024), and there is a balcony-terrace on the third floor where you can sit with a beautiful view of the mountains.
in short, 10 out of 10, we now want to come to other hotels in the chain. if Goris wasn't so far from Yerevan, we would just stop by this hotel to spend the weekend sometimes.)

We went with friends to see the cave city and take a ride on the wings of Tatev cable car.We had to stay at the hotel for the night, we arrived at 21:30, we were very hungry, and the kitchen closes at 21:00, but the great staff came into our situation and fed us, for that a huge thank you to them!
After such hospitality, we decided to stay for another day and did not regret it, the breakfasts are simply great, the staff is polite, the conditions and comfort of the rooms are also on the level.

The best place to stay while traveling in the mountains. The staff is nice and helpful. Special thanks to the girl at the reception! The views from the windows can open both to the authentic streets of Goris and to the view of the mountains and the city in the distance. The rooms are cozy and clean, there are breakfasts and a restaurant, several summer verandas on the first and second floors, gazebos with mountain views.

I really liked the hotel! Stylish, clean, the staff is mega-friendly, the menu is varied and we liked everything we ordered.
I liked the porch with swings! I got up at 5:30 a.m. on purpose to meet the dawn there))

We stayed for one night, passing through. There are simply no words to convey how pleasant and friendly the staff is. The rooms are small, but it's okay to spend the night. On the third floor there is an open terrace with a magnificent view of the valley and the mountains, you can comfortably sit there. The sound insulation is weak, but it is a fairly quiet place and apart from the barking of local dogs, it does not create any special problems. The hotel has a chic restaurant, high-quality music, delicious food and, again, the service is excellent.

We searched for a hotel for one night spontaneously, chose a quadruple room, the hotel and the room look good. But there are no air conditioners and the door to the room has no sound insulation at all. There are also cars constantly driving under the windows, but without a condom, the windows are open and you sleep like on the road. This is if the windows face the road. Please keep this in mind when booking.
So I liked the hotel as a whole, it's the best thing to spend the night off the road.
They also have awesome breakfasts for only 2500 drams per person.
There is a very beautiful view from the common terrace.
We also had dinner on the way at the hotel restaurant, we liked all the dishes, except for the barbecue, it seemed too dry, but we encountered this in Armenia a lot of places, perhaps this is a feature. The prices for the dishes are reasonable.

A modern hotel with friendly staff. The room has everything you need: soap accessories, hairdryer, kettle. They asked for an iron, provided it without any problems. The room itself is clean, cozy and comfortable.

A great hotel at a reasonable price. For technical reasons, I had to stay overnight with the car in Goris, we booked a hotel through booking, immediately approved, arrived at the hotel, payment by card did not take place, and there were no drams left (the exchange offices were already closed), despite this we were settled in, opened a restaurant so that we could eat there ourselves and did everything to make us feel at home. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are stylish, toothbrushes, soap, combs, shampoo, hair dryer are all in the room. Everything for your comfortable stay. Great view of the mountains. We recommend everyone to visit this hotel. Only positive emotions!!!

There is an excellent modern hotel on a small old street. Clean, beautiful. In the room there is a kettle, water, tea and coffee, hairdryer, slippers, toothbrush and paste, shampoo, soap.
The mattress, pillow and blanket are super, very comfortable.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast is just an association.

Hotels with unreal views from the windows - the best view of Goris and the mountains! Very clean, the room had everything you needed. Polite staff.

We came here from Yerevan to visit the Wings of Tatev in the morning. The family of three people lived there. It is very cozy, Parking near the hotel is viewed by the administration on cameras. Delicious food, the waiter girl in the restaurant suggested everything on the menu. I want to thank the man who helped me with the car. I do not even know who he is - the administrator or the manager or the owner of the hotel. We have to leave in the morning, and the battery in the remote control died on the rented car.
The car naturally did not open.
He took a taxi to several places, found me a battery in a keychain, and helped me install a new one. Thank YOU very much!!! He also recommended a local landmark - the Cave city of Khndzoresk and the swinging bridge. We were very pleased to visit this place. Wonderful people work here. I heartily recommend the Popock Goris Hotel...

The administrator is ok, friendly.
The hotel itself is noisy, you can hear all the neighbors copulating, you can hear them talking in the corridor.
The guests themselves also have no respect for others, they stand in the corridor at night talking at the top of their voices.
The walls are thin, all interior plasterboard.
Once someone in another room closes the door, then the door slams in your room, too, because of a broken lock.
I woke up all night from noises, I didn't get enough sleep at all.
There is no refrigerator in the room.
In the restaurant in the evening, food was waited for an hour.
The interior is beautiful, clean. The view from the window was beautiful.

To put it mildly, I'm just shocked! Being an experienced traveler, I traveled through many countries and visited hundreds of restaurants (including Armenia), but I met with such humiliation towards customers for the first time! I came to Goris with my brother, traveling through the cities of Armenia, and decided to call and clarify a few questions about the menu. The person who answered asked which company I was planning to visit the restaurant in. I replied that I would be with my brother and after that we were refused a visit, because (read carefully) THIS RESTAURANT IS ONLY FOR COUPLES OR FAMILIES! What?!??! Is this the Middle Ages or what? THERE WAS NO SUCH SHAME IN ANY CITY OF ARMENIA! It's just a two in customer orientation and marketing! I wish the owner to go at least to Yerevan and learn how to run a business and communicate with customers! It's a shame, period! If you are ready to support the business of a restaurant with such a humiliating policy, then welcome!

Everything is great, except for one thing. It's cold in the room. The heating seems to be working, but the battery warms only on one side. The main part of the battery is cold. The room is cold in October. Probably incorrect installation of radiators.
Only for this 3 stars. Otherwise, everything is very good.
