This delivery service is not used, it does its job disgustingly. Do not even expect that the goods will be delivered to you on time. There is no connection with the courier, because they do not give his contacts. I have been waiting for my parcel for 5 days, I called support, they said that the courier had already been with me, and it doesn't matter that this is not the case. The planned delivery date was the 28th, but the support said that they deliver to certain points on different days, but they will still write that the planned delivery date is the 28th.
