The most beautiful thing about this hotel is the view from the rooms to the sea and that's where all the advantages end (. We took two separate rooms for my wife and my mom and me, but upon arrival our rooms were not there and we were put in a terrible triple room across the street!!It's a pity that you can't attach a photo, there was just a terrible basement smell in the room in one room with a small window and a view of the farm yard, there is no door in the second room and the third room is in the common room.A surprise for mom was spoiled in the form of a gift from this anniversary tour, we overpaid for a single room for her at a high price and as a result we lived for three days in a triple room and no one apologized or warned that this would happen! Then they put us in our rooms and one of them turned out to be right above the dining room, where hell begins at half past four in the morning! Is it even possible to think when they place a dining room above the room?what kind of vacation can we talk about? But the worst thing is the wildest smell of sewage, it just ruined the whole vacation, sometimes there was just nothing to breathe.There are no rooms with a double bed, in principle, there are just two single beds shifted, the rooms are small: a balcony, a TV, a mini fridge, a table and a built-in wardrobe.The bath and toilet are even smaller , the shower with a trough and a cellophane curtain,the pressure is weak and the temperature is not regulated ( Breakfast is usual, you will not stay hungry ( sausages, cheese, ham,olives,Greek salad,muesli, yogurt,pastries, fruits ) It is far from the city, if you walk, then walk for an hour, the bus is 1.7 euros if you buy a ticket at the station, the driver has 2.4 euros.There is one store next to it with a very small assortment and high prices, the second one is in the direction of Benitses for 10 minutes, but it works until 19:00, There are several family cafes nearby, prices in euros are certainly expensive, but the portions are very large, we always took what was left with us to the room.The most important thing to come to Corfu is the relics of St. Spyridon, a visit to his temple removes all the disadvantages.The city of Kerkyra is very beautiful and colorful.By the way, the hotel is almost opposite the airport and it's fun to watch the planes when they land, it doesn't bother sleeping at all.

I was at the hotel in October 2019. Great location, great view from the balcony. The planes make a little noise, but it's not scary. Breakfast was quite satisfactory. The price is also adequate. Thank you. If I'm still in Peram, I'll come to you.

The hotel is only a plus for the view, otherwise it does not pull 3 stars. Modest breakfasts, sadly repeated every day. And the smell from the bathroom is the most unpleasant.
