1) An employee of the institution advised to try the hot dog and it turned out to be delicious, but the price of 7 rubles is very overpriced if you look at the size of the hot dog.
2) The workers advised a Box with Pistachio and Cherry ~ 16p .
It's delicious, I don't argue, but the employee described that it was just WOW.But to look at the Price and ordinary doughnuts with stuffing, not even sprinkled with something WEAK .For myself, I decided that I would no longer listen to the employees of this institution because they only upset me (

The doughnuts are cool, but the guys at the yano point don't know what manner of communication they are talking about. When asked to replace berry-flavored donuts due to allergies, specially put 2 with berries in a set of 12 pieces. When the girl who took them away asked why they couldn't change them, they said THAT I HAD NO RIGHT TO DEMAND A REPLACEMENT. I don't think they will answer any man like that, but they allow themselves to answer girls like that. It was very tasty, but I don't want to go there anymore.

At the request to replace the donuts with nuts due to allergies, the answer was negative, rude and with such a dissatisfied face and tone that I just wanted to leave there, which we did.
I think you should review and discuss the behavior and rules of customer service in order not to lose them. Judging by the reviews, not only we were dissatisfied.
