I love this place! The pompous things here are just space: fresh and airy. I especially adore coconut doughnuts — it's generally love from the first bite! I take at least a couple of pieces every time, and I've never regretted it. The assortment is pleasing, I want to try everything, but I come back to coconut again and again.
I would like to say a special thank you for the atmosphere created by the staff. I've noticed for a long time that when Karina and Ksyusha are on shift, everything is especially warm and sincere. The girls are always in a good mood, friendly, prompt, help you decide if you are lost in a choice. It's nice to go to a place where you're greeted with a smile. I even try to come specifically on their shift — shopping is a joy with them, and the day becomes brighter.
Thank you for the taste, the care and the positivity that you give! It is thanks to such people that you want to come back again and again.

A question of customer orientation: I asked not to make any foam decorations from cream and other things on the drink, because I plan to close the drink. The girl made the cream from the bottom of her heart, as if out of spite, it would have been okay for another, but I also mentioned that it was not necessary.
Neither hello at the beginning, nor goodbye and have a nice day at the end. With a stony face, they put down the drink, turned around and left. I didn't know whether to pick it up or not. It felt like I was asking to be a buyer.
The coffee tastes like water and a little coffee. I don't recommend using the word at all. At least because of sanitation.

I had 40 minutes for lunch, so I figured I'd make it. I went to get coffee, came back, nothing changed. The employee didn't even start cooking. After 20 minutes, I still asked how soon it would be ready, and she replied with the most displeased face: girl, wait. As a result, after about 10 minutes, another employee did it and very "kindly" threw it to me. Just a distraction. I was with a friend, she went to the coffee shop across the street for coffee and left a piece of paper on the table, I got up and stood next to him and the employee shouted at me: girl, what is so difficult to remove? I know perfectly well that everyone cleans up after themselves at the food courts, but I didn't go anywhere to make such a remark appropriate. In addition, my friend left her bag, which shows that she will return to the table. Such a boorish attitude discourages any desire to visit this institution.

Employees do not know how to talk to customers, they only roll their eyes at questions or requests (which has been noticed many times). To get attention, you need to say something loudly, then they will come out of their "hole" and deign to serve.
Secondly: donuts are always cold, laid down, not the best kind.

Today, 09/22/2024, we bought a package of powdered donuts. They turned out to be cold and the answer to the question of why they are like that was shocking: "And donuts should be COLD!!!" To the question of whether they cook here or bring them, they calmly replied: "Of course, they cook here! Okay, after swallowing what was said, they began to eat, it was good that the tea turned out to be hot, otherwise it would be problematic to swallow a rubber, completely cold doughnut. But the chagrin did not end there, it turned out to be in the package...not 10, but 9 pieces!!! We are adults and we can count, why this deception? It's petty, like you can't see how many pieces are in the package? On a cultural request to clarify the situation, they threw the same cold doughnut! It was 3:30 p.m., Sunday, and they just don't have any others. As a result, we are disappointed with the service and the donuts themselves (size and taste). We have something to compare it with, we have tried it in different places in Russia and Belarus, but we would not eat such things a second time. For example, in Gomel they were cheaper and cooked with us, they were hot and large. The taste and quality were excellent, people ordered 60 pieces with us repeatedly!!! It is a pity that there is such a disappointment in the center of Mogilev!..

Are they special or maybe golden, that if you have the right glaze, you can't put them in the glaze and put them in a box? Apparently laziness and interesting correspondence or video in tiktok discourage employees from any desire to work and move at least a little.
