I love poppet. the most delicious and fresh donuts in the bag. I mostly go to the ponpushka on Nemiga and at the Kuntsevshchina metro station. I have never regretted buying donuts in a donut shop. The staff is very kind and polite, friendly. The donuts taste amazing, they are tender and soft. A very good assortment and many flavors to choose from. The most favorite ones are stuffed with pistachio and different ones with glaze, sprinkled with arazis. The coffee is also very tasty, not bitter. I really like the cozy atmosphere in the rooms (Nemiga and Kuntsevshchina), you can sit quietly and chat, snacking on a donut with coffee)

There is a tip cup at the cash register and it says "for the wedding." Honestly, if these guys were friendlier, there would be more💰
And so I want to say only one thing, if this guy and the girl at the cash register are going to their wedding, then they definitely found each other, a copy of each other.

We've been wanting to visit this donut chain for a long time, but we couldn't get in. We saw that the point near us is open until 23:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. And after a walk around the city, they decided to nominate me right here. On the way, satisfied girls were walking towards us with a box of donuts from this institution, by the way, 3 minutes after the meeting we were already there. We reached it at 22:09. The door was open, the working hours were indicated until 23:00. They shouted at us from the threshold: "we are no longer working." To the question: "is it indicated in your work mode that you are before 23:00, is that so?" The answer was: "technically closed." To the repeated question: "are you sure you're not working anymore?" One of the employees turned to the second: maybe it's not necessary?. To which she replied with obscenities and continued to get out.
Well, apparently we won't try donuts in this place. And we advise the institution to be more attentive to the selection of staff.

I went to this place several times, okay, every time the doughnuts are cold, then the glaze is dried. But today I just stood for 5 minutes waiting for the girl who was standing next to the drinks (20 cm from the cash register), not that she didn't say wait or anything else, she didn't even say hello and didn't look at the customer who came to the institution. Just after standing for almost 5 minutes (which is long enough to stand and watch in anticipation of paying attention to the client), she just left. Disappointed with the service and dissatisfied employees.

And today we went in at 21:15, there are several doughnuts of the same type in the window and new ones are not expected, although the opening hours are until 23. The donuts taste mediocre, perhaps the quality was better at the start. Regarding the service, it is not available as such. I can easily forget to put your order in the wrong place or at the wrong price. Literally everything is unsanitary and sticky at this particular point! Tables do not stretch, there are no napkins as they are in great demand and apparently in short supply. You should not take drinks here at all, even a banal cappuccino will spoil you. The point level corresponds to an estimate - that is, a unit.
