A very pleasant mini-hotel next to the Minsk Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater. The room on the 2nd floor did not disappoint. The bed is great, the room is warm, and the lighting is good. Large bathroom. The view from the window, however, was not from the word at all. But we didn't need him. Quite an edible and varied breakfast. You can choose a buffet meal, or you can order from the menu, which is not enough. The coffee is so-so, even though it comes from a coffee machine. The girls at the reception are kind and sweet.

We celebrated the year 2025 in this wonderful place. The rooms were very cozy, we had a two-room suite, comfortable beds, a large bathroom, and a gorgeous spacious shower. Delicious breakfasts: sliced bread, sausages, juices, tea/coffee, etc. in the form of a buffet and hot dishes to choose from according to the menu (porridge, scrambled eggs, various omelets, cheesecakes, pancakes, yogurt with additives). The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday, even the room had a Christmas tree! We are very satisfied! Let's go back in the summer)))

The room is spacious, very clean, the interior is in the style of the 19th century. There is everything you need in the room (kettle, glasses, bottled water.There is a mini bar. The staff is well-mannered and polite. The breakfast is partially buffet, coffee, porridge or scrambled eggs are served by the waiter on request (included in the breakfast price) everything is delicious!!!
Of the cons (not related to the hotel) there is a problem with parking ! On Sunday afternoon, we barely found a parking spot .

The location of the hotel is simply great: near the Opera and Ballet Theater, 7-10 minutes walk and you are in the historical center of Minsk. We rented a double room with a large bed. There are shower accessories, a kettle, bottled water. Hearty breakfasts: hot dishes to choose from + buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant with good and delicious cuisine. Attentive staff. Connecting to wi-fi is not a problem. The place is very nice!!

We stayed at this hotel twice, very cozy, friendly staff, amazingly delicious cheesecakes according to the company recipe. The rooms are warm, the cleaning is excellent. Excellent location, just 15 minutes to Nemiga metro station and Victory Square, near Komarovsky market. Near the opera and ballet theater with a humane price tag!The optimal combination of price and quality!

The hotel is located in close proximity to the historical center of Minsk, most of the attractions are within walking distance. The material base is decent: fresh renovation, spacious room, nice bathroom. The breakfasts are delicious, but there is no buffet, the order is on the menu, so you need to wait 15-20 minutes, depending on the dish, you will not be able to come and eat right away. You can park your car in the courtyard of the house where the hotel is located, there are usually places. The only obvious disadvantage of the hotel is the noise. Yes, he himself is located on a quiet street behind the Opera and Ballet Theater, but there is a fairly busy traffic artery crossing it around the corner. In addition, in a straight line, about a kilometer away, there is the main party street of Minsk (Zybitsky Street), where they like to hold night discos. It was quite difficult to sleep in this regard. Perhaps this problem is irrelevant in the autumn-winter period.

Of the cons, I note that the room is a little noisy because of the refrigerator in the table, but that's me, I'm used to sleeping to the sounds of my breathing and ringing in my ears. The first night I jerked out of sleep when this refrigerator started up.

The location is good, near a park, restaurants, a shop.
There is no parking, but the car can be parked behind the hotel, in the courtyard.
Breakfast was included in the price. The food is delicious. The buffet is not very diverse, but you can order the main dishes from the menu: scrambled eggs, omelette, pancakes, cheesecakes, etc. All the dishes are delicious, like homemade.

The location is pleasant. It is convenient to walk to Nemiga or to the obelisk "Minsk hero city". It is located on a quiet street. Opposite the Bolshoi Theatre. The restaurant is on the 6th floor. Breakfast is on the menu. They are quite good, not 40 positions, of course, but the main breakfast dishes are announced. There is only one elevator and it seemed very slow. Or I really wanted to go to the room))
The sound insulation of the rooms is acceptable, I heard a couple of times walking around the floor, but the noise did not interfere with sleep. The room is clean, everything worked, a lot of sockets, a closet with hangers and nice little things. A brush for clothes, shoes, bathrobe, slippers. The water pressure is good, the temperature has not changed. Lots of sockets. Both at the table and at the bed. The WiFi was working fine. Without a single break. There is a safe and a minibar. I didn't use them, but they seemed to work.
The interior looks good. I did not notice any fatigue of the furniture or any obvious scuffs / defects.
Of the cons. A strange solution with a motion sensor to turn on the light in the hallway of the room. It's convenient until you go to rest. He reacted to foot movements. Fortunately, turning it off is a couple of things. The instructions were attached. If I had duct tape with me, I would have sealed up a part so that I would not be so sensitive and would not take over the room.
Upon check-in, they were not allowed to use the restroom near the reception. "Staff only" and "it's probably closed." I made it to the room, but it was strange.
There is no room for luggage, things can be left in the "office". Documents are provided without problems. Overall, I liked the service and the hotel.
