We stayed at this hotel on March 1-2. I really liked it! We chose a location near the Bolshoi Theater, a hotel nearby. Very cozy, nice hotel. Everything is clean and beautiful! The staff is above all praise. Now I understand why the reviews say that they will definitely come back here. If it's Minsk, we'll stop at Polonaise.
We were 3 adults, room 41 was a two-room apartment. Everything is comfortable, good furniture, excellent bed linen. Spacious bathroom, large shower room. Mini fridge, water, tea - everything is available.
Breakfast is included in the booking price. The restaurant is on the 6th floor. Buffet: a large selection, pleasant service, good restaurant.
There was a possibility of earlier check-in and later check-out. The hotel experience is very good! Well done, respect to the management!

This is not the first time we have stayed at the Polonaise. My favorite hotel in Minsk. Ideal for those who appreciate peace and comfort, It is always very peaceful here. Well, the area is wonderful in itself.
So, the pros:
+ very quiet and completely quiet area;
+ across the street there is a park and a theater;
+ it's just as quiet in the hotel itself, because it's not online, there aren't too many rooms;
+ nearby Troitskoe suburb is a tourist area of old Minsk;
+ clean, nice, pleasant staff.
Just a minute:
— you'll have to walk a little bit to the subway.;
Breakfast is prepared to order, but very quickly.
I definitely recommend it, especially for the first visit to Minsk: it is easier to feel the slowness of the city, its friendly atmosphere, listen to the silence, take a walk in the park and enjoy the architecture of the Trinity suburb. You can book both on the hotel's website and in WhatsApp (the number is listed on the website) — they respond instantly. I booked on the website, and corresponded with the administrator already in the messenger.

Note:
Rooms with windows facing the theater may be a little noisy from passing cars, while rooms with windows facing the courtyard are probably quieter, but there is no view of the theater.
The dishes ordered for breakfast are served quickly, and the cheesecakes are very tasty.
Recommendation: do not order a taxi yourself, but ask the staff. Otherwise, you'll be looking for the car yourself, and the staff will know and tell you that they drove into the courtyard.
Will we stop there again? Definitely yes.

Perhaps the biggest plus is the cozy, spacious rooms with good sound insulation. Before that, I often had to stay in hotels, where you literally catch every sound coming from the next room. This hotel is a different matter. Thank you for a restful sleep!
I would also like to mention the breakfasts in a mixed system, which includes both an element of the buffet and the principle of “a la carte". Moreover, the latter is implemented in such a way that you can order as many dishes as you want from the menu.
Perhaps the only thing that upset me was the limited number of bottles of drinking water per person. To be honest, I've never come across such a rule: they always gave out an extra portion everywhere without question.

Great hotel! It was in February 2025.
Cozy rooms, kettle, water, cups, tea are available. It's clean and tidy.
There is an ironing board and iron on the floor, you can take it to the room.
The breakfasts are good, there is a buffet and a menu to choose from.
I arrived a few hours before check-in, they let me in, I didn't have to wait - special thanks for that! No additional payment was required.

We rested in this hotel twice. I really liked it both times. The staff is very friendly and hospitable, everything in the hotel is clean and beautiful. Large rooms, including a large bathroom. Gels, shampoos, etc., of course, everything is there. There are slippers, very comfortable bathrobes. A comfortable large bed and pillows are also comfortable (not too big and not too small). There is one large blanket (and sometimes two small blankets are put on the double bed, which is completely inconvenient, but everything is fine here!) They leave 2 bottles of water per person and it's very nice, thanks a lot for that! ☺️Room cleaning is of high quality. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. They cook quickly. Order according to the menu, I will attach a photo. When you come to breakfast, there are already cuts (cheese, meat, vegetable, fruit), sausages, eggs, bread, etc. Coffee or tea can be ordered. You can select several items from the menu. Cheesecakes, pancakes, omelette, scrambled eggs, everything is very tasty! (porridge was not ordered) The coffee is delicious! This is important for us)
The location of the hotel is perfect. Opposite the Bolshoi Theater, near the Svisloch River, squares, parks, while the Trinity suburb is 15-20 minutes away at a calm pace. That is, in the very center, but it's quiet at night.
If you need a kettle or something else in your room, contact the reception and everything will be brought to you quickly.

A chic hotel, opposite the opera house. A huge bed, high-quality plumbing and decoration. Bathrobes, brushes, drinks. The only thing that is not clear is why there is no mini fridge. The room cost 11,000rubles for a family with one child, but this is with breakfast. And they are just divine. Since there were few visitors, there was not a buffet, but custom-made dishes, BUT this is the best restaurant in Minsk from those where we were. Unfortunately, the restaurant was open until 19, and we were on excursions all day and were very sorry that we did not visit it. I highly recommend, taking into account the cost and quality of breakfast, the price for accommodation is very adequate.

I spent 4 nights at the Polonaise Hotel. The location couldn't be better - a quiet center. Near the Opera and Ballet theater, transport stops, within walking distance of the historical center, the Svisloch river. Delicious, hearty breakfasts. The single room is small but beautifully furnished. The impressions are the most positive: cozy, clean, hospitable. I sincerely recommend it.

A wonderful hotel, cozy, everything is thought out, the room is excellent, spacious, atmospheric, a bed with an excellent mattress, enough pillows, blackout curtains, air conditioning, bottled water, shampoo and gel, if necessary - you can ask for a shaving kit and a toothbrush. The bathroom is large, a shower stall, a toilet with a hygienic shower. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts are delicious. Order on the spot according to the menu, varied and satisfying. Good coffee. The location of the hotel is convenient, the center is within walking distance, there is an excellent Gourmet cafe on the corner - fast service, large portions, reasonable prices.

I don't understand the rave reviews about this hotel at all. Advantages: location and clean linen. That's it! The main problem is the people who work here. Not a single smile , it feels like we are very annoying them with our presence .For example, 7.30 on Saturday at breakfast. The girl (blonde) did not introduce herself, there is no badge, she showed with all her appearance how we infuriate and annoy her. We probably came early and tore her away from important things (photo attached) 😂😂😂 Breakfast is like this : you won't stay hungry , but don't expect anything delicious and very tasty.. The most straightforward thing . Drinking water is only available when you check in 2 bottles, then go to the store and buy . We called the reception, asked for water, and were refused. They said it was no longer allowed, they could give 2 tea bags , but no water . We lived in room 22. It is spacious, but the smell is very specific, something musty and damp. Cleaning simply creates the appearance that it has been cleaned . The management should draw conclusions . And we will never come to this hotel again and we will not advise our friends.

Excellent hotel: parking inside the courtyard or along the road at the hotel, very convenient location (from the Windows overlooking the park area and the opera and Ballet theater), a few minutes walk from the metro and the city center. There is not much variety for breakfast, but everything is very tasty (omelette, porridge, cheesecakes and pancakes, yoghurts with fruits, very tasty honey cake). Yes, the hotel restaurant is periodically closed for special service and music is heard, even in the room on the 3rd floor :) but it didn't bother us, and around 23h. there was already silence. During banquets, you can order room service. The room is cozy, comfortable, clean boiling white unwashed towels and bed linen. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, I slept great!!!! Not every hotel is so lucky for us :) The staff is helpful and friendly. We did not find any disadvantages for ourselves. From the wishes: it would be great if there was a gym, at least a small one)) We will be happy to stay in Polonaise on our next trips)

The hotel is generally good, clean. The staff is sociable, they go to a meeting. The breakfasts are good. But there is a bigger disadvantage - the SMELL in the rooms. I had read the reviews earlier, but I did not think that the smell of old furniture and varnish was so strong and pungent. They asked to change the number , but it didn 't help . The smell does not fade. It was very upsetting to stay at the hotel.

First they bring coffee and then wait a long time, for example, an omelet or porridge. Отличная гостиница, хорошее расположение, кругом парки, достаточно спокойное место, забронировали на сайте за месяц без всяких авансов, за сутки служба заселения уточнила приедем ли мы. Заселили быстро, номер шикарный, тапочки, халат, гели, шампуни, если чего то забыли, можно попросить. На 6 этаже ресторан (есть лифт), там был завтрак, разнообразный, можно заказать в номер. В номере есть вода, чай чёрный, зелёный, сахар, отдельно мини бар, цены приемлемые. Рекомендую!

In principle, the hotel is normal, but the money that we paid for the night (about 300 Belarusian or 9,000 Russian rubles) She's not worth it. In general, pricing in Minsk is not entirely clear to me and is comparable in terms of the cost of living in Moscow. At the same time, the level of hotels is much lower. If we talk about this particular hotel, then it has a number of disadvantages:
1. The rooms are tired. It can be seen that the repair has not been done for quite a long time.
2. The audibility is very terrible. Neighbors can be heard talking and the TV is on. In addition, despite the fact that the windows overlook a seemingly quiet street, there is still a fairly busy avenue nearby, from which the sounds of cars can be heard one way or another. It does not interfere with sleeping, but nevertheless do not expect complete silence.
3. The hotel restaurant is rented out for banquets! This is the fattest minus. Be ready to listen to loud music and dancing until 23:00.
4. The refrigerator in the room rattles so that it had to be turned off.
5. WiFi works very strangely. Then everything loads wonderfully, then it freezes and does not connect.
6. The hotel does not have its own parking lot. Of course, there are parking spaces nearby, but on a weekday they are almost all occupied, we found a place with difficulty, we had to drag ourselves with suitcases.
Among the advantages, I can mention the pleasant staff and the convenient location of the hotel near the theater in a quiet area. Breakfast is also not everything is clear, on the first day it was very diverse, but on the third day of our stay three types of cheese turned into one, pancakes and cheesecakes disappeared, porridge was made just terrible, they did not even finish eating.
In general, the hotel is not worth the money that is asked for accommodation, and if the accommodation cost twice as much, I could close my eyes to many disadvantages, but at such a cost per night it is very bad. But again, I repeat, the pricing of hotels in Minsk is very strange, and it is not entirely clear why prices are so inflated everywhere.

One of the disadvantages is that there is no mosquito net on the windows, when it is hot it is impossible to open the window at night, as all kinds of animals fly, and the air conditioner is noisy. The breakfasts are modest and long to wait. There are small cuts on the Swedish line, but not all were replenished on time, sometimes even bread was waited for 30 minutes. Hot to order, waiting up to 30 minutes. So if you are planning morning trips, put 1 hour of time for breakfast. Will we come back here again?

My husband and I were in Minsk in March from 25 to 30 and stayed at the Polonaise Hotel. I chose a hotel for a long time to be near the central streets, but in a quiet area.The hotel is a great small one, there is no swimming pool, sauna, casino, etc.We needed a hotel with good rooms with breakfast and the opportunity to have an inexpensive lunch at the hotel restaurant.This hotel is young, it is 6 or 7 years old, the rooms are excellent, beautiful furniture,very clean,daily cleaning, perfect room maintenance.The hotel staff is very friendly.They respond to any request and wishes of the hotel guests.My husband and I were very comfortable in this hotel.Thanks to the management, and all the staff, and especially the maid Natalia 3et.I rate her work at 5++

We stayed here for a week and we never regretted the choice. The caring staff, if you have a request, will help you solve and organize. The breakfasts are great, you choose what you need from the menu, they cook quickly and tasty. The location is convenient, the noise from the road is minimal. A very decent hotel. Fives in all directions. Location - view of the Bolshoi Theatre. Walking distance to all city attractions. Comfort at a height. We had a room on the second floor. Two-room apartment. Two adults and two children were resting. All conditions for quiet accommodation and recuperation after attending events. A delicate service. The breakfasts are very tasty. A small but sufficient buffet and hot dishes to choose from to order. The cooking is very fast. The children were happy and well fed. Adults too).
They also ordered buffet dishes in the room. Friends came to visit. The room allowed us to assemble a small company. Everything was very tasty and decent and on time.

I really liked the location, almost in the center, near a good park by the river, the room is beautiful, cozy, the Windows faced the street, but since the traffic is small, the room is quiet even with the window open, the air conditioner coped with its task (it was cool outside) turned on in "heating" mode. The bed is VERY large — medium hardness, we slept well, cleaning every day. Breakfast "polushvetsky table": everything that goes with coffee (a lot of things) is on the table, plus hot from the menu to choose from (I really liked all the pancakes). The staff is friendly, they asked for a kettle!!! They brought it in a minute!!! So THANK you to all of them!!! Thank you for a pleasant time!!!

I really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean and well decorated, all the furniture is in excellent condition, plumbing too. We took a room with breakfast, they were on the menu. The assortment is good, everything is prepared to order online in 5 minutes. Plus a mini buffet with cold snacks. The hotel is located in the very center, but at the same time on a quiet street, i.e. you simultaneously have prompt access to all the main POIs, and the opportunity to relax in a relaxed atmosphere after a busy day.
The hotel is not the cheapest, but its quality fully justifies the price. I recommend.
