Unfortunately, the building is in a very poor condition. They say they haven't been overhauled for almost half a century. The building seems to be collapsing. And in winter it is very cold, there are problems with heating. Doctors complain that they freeze in winter and the heater does not help in any way. But the doctors and staff are generally kind, helpful people.
