There is a large polyclinic, but there are few doctors and there are many queues.
Inconvenient location of the laboratory to donate urine, you need to go up to the 3rd floor of the building And leave the jar there and go down again to the first floor to donate blood. Pregnant women, the elderly, and everyone else all go to the 3rd floor. And there is a separate laboratory for pregnant women on the 3rd floor of the B building. And imagine, in order to donate urine, a pregnant woman first goes to the 3rd floor in A building and goes downstairs, and in order to donate blood she goes to the 3rd floor of B building. Why can't urine be taken on the ground floor? The elevator can only be used for people with limited mobility. Even moms with strollers have to walk up the stairs. The clinic also has a canteen and a pharmacy, as well as a coffee machine.
And often there are problems with the hearing test device for newborns, they can easily record for a hearing test (planned) and upon arrival in the office it turns out that the device is under repair and they check the old grandfather's way with a "rattle" so it's better to clarify whether the device is working or not.
We had an appointment with a surgeon for a child of 1 month, so we didn't stay in the office for 5 minutes. The doctor quickly looked at it and sent it saying everything was fine.
Also, the ENT doctor came complaining about a 3-month-old child and 5 minutes had not passed, he did not look at the blood test he had taken the day before, prescribed drops and sent them for no more than 5 minutes, there was an examination and a conversation, and that's why, because basically all doctors come for 2 hours and quickly accept all those who signed up

I call genicology from morning to evening, they just don't pick up the phone! How do I make an appointment? Once I got busy, at other times they just don't answer! I called the usual reception desk, the phone was picked up, so the phone is working! And there is light ! What kind of attitude is that?!
