I stayed in a suite room, the prices are a little high, but the service is really good, the number of staff is high. Ski suits are a very normal price according to the hotel. When you go up by cable car, there is a restaurant where you can eat çağ kebab, which is unique to Erzurum, sautéed pepper, but it is very enjoyable. After the hotel fire in Kartalkaya, I couldn't remember the fire escape, I guess there wasn't, but there are fire sensors in the rooms.
