06/23/2021 I ordered in this office the improvement of the burial of my father and Stella on an individual order. Today 03.09.2021 nothing has been done. I had to cancel the order after, to my anger, the owner addressed me to the clause of the contract, which says that they start making stella within 30 days after agreeing on the portrait and inscriptions with the artist, who did not even contact me after placing the order 2.5 months ago. Besides, instead of my layout, they tried to sell me today what they have in the catalog. As I understand it, it's their trademark thing to put up monuments when the frosts hit. I do not recommend contacting them about monuments.
