Dear Tajibayeva Balzhan Ermekovna! I ask you to take measures with regard to the medical staff of the fifth substation in Almaty. Because of the wrong diagnosis, I almost lost my mother. I think it's not difficult to determine who was on duty on these days 03.01.2021 and 04.01.2021, because there is a schedule of shifts and calls. The file with the text of the letter is attached to the review. I ask you to respond to this appeal, because otherwise our situation may repeat with anyone else, but have more severe consequences.
