You won't regret coming, especially if you have a large company! Beautiful, clean, fresh, cozy!!! We went on a weekend trip with a company, we were very satisfied. The house has two floors, accommodates 6 double bedrooms, three of them also have a pull-out sofa, and another one stands between the rooms on the second floor (you can see everything in the video). Comfortable beds, fresh bed linen, what else is needed for a comfortable sleep. There are only 10 beds, that is, 20 people can be accommodated. On the first and second floors there is a bathroom, on the ground floor with a shower cabin. Of course, if you like to relax until victory, our advice to you is to occupy the bedroom on the first floor))) There is also a huge table on the ground floor, a TV, and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. A good barbecue area, a cauldron will be provided upon your request. A children's playground is available) The sauna is wonderful, everything is hot, as it should be, a huge plus is that there is a pier near the bathhouse from which you can plunge into the water, and plus that the coast is gentle and it is comfortable to go out and water. A warm place, the wonderful owner of this place, Andrey, is always in touch, always happy to help, special thanks to him for his hospitality. We visited the estate in July 2024. They occupied houses 1 and 2. In general, everything is not bad, the territory is large, green, the lake and the beach are good. But 2 days of rest, the water bloomed, this is certainly not a claim, but you need to be prepared. Large gazebos. The barbecue area. Volleyball court. Lots of hammocks, greenery all around. Firewood and coals for a fee. Of the cons: House 1 is full of dried animals, at least 10, for an amateur. They occupied 2 houses, the company was large, the owner eventually made claims why the dishes were mixed up between the houses. There are not enough utensils in house 1, I had to take them from house 2, as a result of the claim. Listen to music until 11, after the specified time, the owner came and just turned off the music. I didn't ask you to turn it down or turn it off. Houses 1 and 2 are presented as houses for 15 and 10 people, respectively, in fact, there are a maximum of 11 places in house 1, the rest is in the bathhouse on the 2nd floor, where it can be very stuffy in the heat. There was no question about it. The cons are listed in detail, the rest are the pros. The territory is green, the location is not bad. Taxis don't come from this village, think ahead.

At the time of writing the review, on June 1, 2025, at 0:59 a.m., the tenants of the house at 69 Beregovaya St. had music playing and loud screams could be heard. Of course, I understand everything, but dear landlord, keep an eye on those to whom you rent housing. Otherwise, the police will be called next time. Because I, as a fragile girl, am really scared to go to strangers at night and demand to turn off the music. I hope this review will not be ignored and action will be taken.

For fishermen, a great place surrounded by water. Lots of fish. Lots of piers. A magnificent pool with a pike. It must be very crowded here in winter. There are hunters. We rested in two manors with the wonderful owner Andrey from 23.07 to 26.07.2023. I would like to note the incredible atmosphere of this beautiful place:beautiful nature, a wonderful reservoir, and most importantly - cozy manors that left full impressions of being at home.Everything is clean, tidy, homely.The availability of all dishes, skewers, detergents and other utensils was very pleasing.House number 3 is actually a palace!Huge, for a big company.Thank you very much to Andrey for his hospitality and attention.Not once did he disturb our company, ensuring a quiet rest without annoying, as it happens, attention.We will follow the launch of the new estate on Instagram, and hopefully we will visit this wonderful place more than once!

Adults and teenage children (8 people) had a family vacation from 06/29.23 to 07/04.23, everyone was very satisfied! We lived in house No. 1 and did not regret our choice more than once! It is cozy, comfortable, and has everything you need. The territory is beautiful, well-groomed, everything is clean and tidy! On the territory there are hammocks, swings, a summer gazebo, a barbecue. For small children there is a children's swing, slide, sandbox. Great sauna! Reasonable prices. The photos of the site correspond to reality, the only thing that was removed from the territories of the pools. Of the cons, there is no Wi-Fi, but this is both a minus and a plus - no one hung out on the Internet. The reservoir is a 2-minute walk from the house, the beach is small, there are few people, there is a pier 10 meters away - you can fish -fish shaft. It is suitable for anyone who wants to take a break from the city and the hustle and bustle, or wants to relax with their noisy company so that no one interferes with them. The owner Andrey is a very decent and good-natured person, solves any questions immediately, is contact, sociable. If you want to relax without problems, then I recommend everyone to opt for the Podluzhye farmstead! Believe me, I want to go back there and we all decided that we were there for the first time, but not the last time!

We had a rest with a company (3 families with children) in the house-1 on June 16-18, 2023. I liked everything. Friendly owner, clean and well-maintained plot. A cozy and cool house in the heat. A test bathhouse. A good communal beach with a gentle sandy bottom is equipped with tables and benches. There is a swing. As an add-on.an option, they took an ear in a bowler hat. It's actually a BOMB!!! Thank you, Andrey. If possible, we will come again.

The house is warm, clean, with all amenities. There is a large gazebo in the courtyard, a barbecue area. A great bathhouse. A quiet and beautiful place for relaxing and fishing. The reservoir is equipped with bridges. The owner helped with the boat, was always in touch, quickly solved all issues, responsible and friendly. I recommend it for a family vacation.

I liked everything. There are a couple of points. The washing machine is in the next house, at the owner's. Inconvenient. They washed it with their hands. The rest is just the pros. There is a TV, a barbecue, a gazebo with drinking water, a sauna, a sandbox, a children's swing and slide, hammocks. We arrived with a swimming pool, the owner helped to dial. The plot is fenced on all sides, it was a plus for us, as we were vacationing with four small children. You can fish on the reservoir, there are equipped bridges. Special thanks to the owner - he was always in touch and solved the issues promptly.
