In the spring of this year, I turned to the guys for help in selecting and delivering cars from Germany.
At the meeting, all the upcoming costs were clearly outlined.
It was about BMW, so each proposed ad (from a well-known German site) was sent an "extract" with the history of the car.
In general, the search took about 2 weeks.
A very detailed photo-video report was sent for the selected car: 3-4 videos, more than 150 photos (general and specific defects, even bolts under the hood).
All the action took place in early summer, when the Balts began to impose various restrictions on the export of cars to Belarus.
The guys deftly coped with the problems, even if it took quite a long time.

Everything was examined in detail and taken away, despite the fact that the car was quite far away.
They gave a good recommendation, and pointed out the pros and cons (before that they looked at another car, but it turned out to be in terrible condition, the guys said it wasn't worth it)

We didn't find any problems at the service station, the car is in perfect condition

I decided to leave my feedback about the auto-assembly company, with which I had some problems. Unfortunately, my overall impression of working with this company was not the most positive.
Firstly, I was faced with the fact that for a long time none of the employees answered my calls. This created a very unpleasant feeling, because I expected to receive information and help from them.
In addition, when I visited the company's office, I found that there was no one there. It was very strange to see an empty office without employees. It only made my worries worse and reinforced the feeling that I wasn't a priority enough for them.
I also found that the process of selecting a car is lengthy and slow. I expected to get the results much faster. It is unclear why they were unable to pick up the car within a reasonable time and provide me with the necessary information.
Overall, the experience of working with this company turned out to be disappointing. Unsuccessful communications, an empty office and a long recruitment process negatively affected my impressions of working with them. I recommend that they improve their customer service, be more responsive and efficient in their operations.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT - THEY CHEATED TO THE FULLEST! I applied for the selection of commercial vehicles on the advice of a friend who was picked up a car 2 years ago. The only thing my sidekick didn't know was that the company, as it turned out later, had changed its owner a year ago and the rules of the game with the approach to the client had also changed. After a long search for about 4 months, they offered to purchase, in their words, "an excellent device." We provided a video report about the car, as if from Germany. I transferred the money to them, waited a month plus/minus. During this time, the "Contactee" he didn't get in touch, but when I got in touch with calls and messages, I answered in the Cart that he was sick, then busy, etc. Of course, nerves of iron are needed to cooperate with these guys when your blood is at stake... But unfortunately, that's not all... After several flights on the car purchased from them, the car began to behave strangely, I contacted the service. Then they stunned me, saying that my "horse", driven from the German, had passed at least twice as much as the speedometer shows, and maybe more.... Through friends, I began to completely punch my car and a couple of days later it turned out that the car was originally from France, and later it was sold to a German company through which it was brought to me. Alas and ah, but they did not respond to my claims in any way. And now these pickers just ignore me for more than a year. The repair cost a lot of money... I'm glad that at least I stayed with some kind of car. I realized that I had been dumped, even though I trust people. Now a friend also decided to check his car for "lice", although no one had any problems with the old owner of this company and the approach was appropriate.

As a satisfied customer, it was amazing for me to read negative reviews, I even wanted to check if I got there.
Briefly my case:
- calling at 11 pm is too much, I leave a request on the website with the expectation of a callback tomorrow by lunch. The result is a callback in a minute! That's how we met Eugene, with whom we communicated throughout the whole process
- I had quite clear criteria, I myself monitored a well-known German site, was guided by prices, options, etc. Nevertheless, the car was bought by the one that I myself did not find / did not notice.
- I was guided by the prices for such services, but I chose the result not for the price. I received quite clear detailed answers to all my questions + a certain confidence.
- before the inspection - a call to the dealer, basic questions, a request for wines, getting a service history on it. If everything is OK - further inspection.
- car inspection - send a lot of photos and videos. Body/colors, interior, engine compartment, wheels/tires, inspection of hidden bolts and spaces with a mirror, error reading. Honestly voice the jambs on the body, even which are not visible on the video.
- the auction in my case was purely symbolic, but not even on my initiative, so there is an unambiguous plus.
- next, the decision to take a car, contract, payment and waiting.
In total, from the initial contact to the receipt of the car - exactly a month. The car was going on its own. They did not explicitly promise anything else, and I did not insist. In my opinion, for a used car with a mileage of 50k, it does not matter.
Positive:
- reaction time (provided that you are calm and adequate and do not expect instant answers where is your car), clarity, transparency, the ability to participate in the selection process to varying degrees (if you want, look for, monitor, drop links, if you don't want, wait for the proposed options), complete NON-participation of the client in documentation, customs clearance and so on.
Wishes:
- optimize byn\eur exchange rates
The main goal - to get a good car without nerves and quite quickly - has been achieved.

I did not want to write a truthful review until the last, but they left no choice ... and twisted reviews are the realities of the modern world, but whoever is looking for the truth will find it and think about it ... In the spring of 2023, I signed a contract for the selection of X5 in the maximum possible configuration, which can be found with a mileage of up to 30-40 thousand. Before signing the car search agreement, Evgeny (the head of the company) regularly contacted and showed interest in every possible way, assuring them what responsible and wonderful people they were and assuring them how quickly they would pick up a car before 1 month.
After signing the contract, everyone took a break to search, and we regularly watched interesting cars appear and leave on the well-known German website, but they were not even offered to us. After 3 weeks, they called and phoned us 10 times, they answered us, don't worry, we'll find everything, we'll do everything, you're already first on the list, and everyone else has already found cars. After 1 day, about 5 cars were sent to us, with the phrase - according to the contract, we have 24 hours for a reasoned response. Well, I didn't have to think for a long time - all the cars had high mileage and the "bum" trim levels didn't even match the contract, to which we were told that we shouldn't be so selective and not pay attention to mileage and configuration. But a contract is a contract... at that moment I already wanted to break off all relationships, life experience and no more… After that, we decided to look for cars ourselves, because the conclusion was obvious - no one is engaged in us, but we want a car. We started looking for / selecting them ourselves, and sending them to Eugene. But communication is clearly not the forte of these guys, because if a good car appeared, then it was necessary to immediately call it until it was intercepted (the whole country is looking for it), but Eugene lived by his own rules and answered - we did not have time, we were late, a holiday, a day off, illness, and then "this car was booked and most importantly, don't worry, we'll find you a car" (although we were already looking for it). And now, since March, May has come, the waiting time was killing, no one called us, offered nothing more, and the euro exchange rate has increased by more than 10% during this time.... And in May, I decide to take any car that is at least in an average configuration, but at the same time its price is higher than the market and it will stand for a week and wait for the call of the eternally busy Eugene or his staff (colleagues) from the "dead souls". And so we found the car, even if it was not what we wanted and, by agreement of the parties, it was decided to compromise and take it, but the compromise itself was that Eugene would complete it at our expense with everything we needed (headlights, crystal, etc.) at prices "definitely lower and about twice two times less than in Moscow" (Eugene's phrase), so that We would be happy and Eugene would deliver the next car. Then we paid for the car and after that Eugene disappeared for a while and did not get in touch, but we took the causal place in our fist and waited for good news, and where our paid car was at that time remains a mystery, no one even sent us the promised video of loading the car onto the car carrier we paid for. Time passed, they answered us - "the car is paid", the payment has passed and will arrive soon and they sent us everything we needed for retrofitting, but everything went wrong again: all the spare parts had prices significantly higher than in similar companies in Moscow, and the link to Chinese crystal with the sauce of the original spare parts finally finished us off. We tried to have a reasonable conversation, but everyone suddenly got sick in this company again and we decided not to rely on this person anymore and do everything ourselves.
We return to the car - she was driving somewhere, disappeared somewhere with Eugene for a week. July came and we were told to come to Minsk for her.
We arrived, we were told that they would come and show us a car, it was unnecessary to go anywhere ourselves. We wrote off and rescheduled the time 5 times and at 22:00 they came to pick us up for the night car acceptance. It immediately turned out that there was a decent chip on the glass and the glass was not the one that was on the inspection video (without a vin number) from another year, the mileage was 2300 km more than what it was during the inspection in Germany (according to the contract, max. 500 km), and the car was not driven by a car carrier from Germany (Eugene said "well, so it turned out, but what difference does it make"), as it was under the contract and what was paid for, and by simple overtaking (it is clear where the chip came from), additional chips were found on the hood, which were not present during inspection, the hood insulation was torn (most likely replaced by someone for an additional fee, and someone chewed through it), there is another damage on the rear right disc (when examined, there was only the front right glove compartment), the rear exhaust pipes are scuffed like on cars with a mileage of 200 thousand (in the video they are ideally). It immediately became clear where our car had disappeared from view for 2 weeks and that it had been partially disassembled. But there was no choice, it was necessary to take what was there, and Eugene promised again (laughter) to solve everything and review all videos and close all questions (in the future Videos there will be all confirmations of this with correspondence and Eugene's voice messages). And he additionally charged us about $ 100 for storing the car at customs, although everything was on it in the contract, but we believe people, we entered into his position and paid.
The next day it became clear to us where the mileage on cars came from, we were driven all day on July 7 in someone's black Lexus 470 ordered in Moscow (hello to its Owner) in non-stop mode all day on business, having rolled about 50-70km around the city and then we realized that our car was the same we drove and rolled the mileage. By the way, according to Lexus, let the owner look at the left front door from below, the paint is clearly removed there, it's about a sphere in the parking lot (nothing personal Volodya, say thank you to Eugene).
As a result, the car was given to us, and Eugene now does not get in touch, having previously stated that reputation is the most important thing for him, but "don't "lie" bags." Well, we are already working on a film dedicated to this wonderful company and Eugene in particular.
And we have drawn all the conclusions and are really glad that at least we got the car, albeit partially disassembled, disassembled, with damage, but at least intact, or it could be, judging by the trend, everything is still ahead…
Positive:
- At least we got something (but this is for July 2023, and judging by the trend, this is not accurate ...)
Cons:
- constant lies about deadlines and fulfillment of contractual obligations
- The attitude and customer service when money is transferred changes dramatically
- The inspection of the car does not affect what you get in the end. And if your car gets into an accident, you won't even know about it, and if you do, you won't be able to do anything and maybe they'll just give you 2 wheels.…
- the quality of the picker's work in Germany leaves much to be desired
- Payment goes to the one-day company, which is opened every year
- No one is looking for the car you requested, you are looking for the car yourself, They only bring you what you find yourself, or take what they offer you from completely different configurations.
- They drive cars on personal business
- Cars are not transported by car carriers, even if you pay for it, you will then be told "well, it's learned and everything is fine with it"
- When driving, cars get damaged and they are not even repaired
- Nobody closes shares on cars in Germany at the Dealer, they won't even bother, as they did a few years ago.
- It is not possible to buy a car and put it in the Parking lot before the age of 3, as with other companies
- There is a chance to start drinking, having almost lost all hope of a paid car, when no one answers you for weeks

I must say right away that the guys are working, most likely they know their business well and worry that you will send your money to nowhere and eventually be thrown - IT's NOT WORTH it! You will get your car eventually.
I also hope that I will warn future clients of this company about possible "nuances" in their work.
All communication took place in telegrams and sometimes facetime calls. Evgeny, the director of the company, was in touch with me for most of the whole process Podborauto.by . I signed the contract with ESTATECAR (legal entity in the Russian Federation - IP Pelipenko AA) The agreement was immediately that I pay for the car completely "turnkey", that is, I come only to register a car with the traffic police (Moscow)
So. On May 25, I find the podborauta company.by on the Internet, 15 minutes of correspondence, then a call (telegram), they explain to me the scheme of work, in short: you pay and after a maximum of 1 month you get a car in Moscow and go home happy. They also explain the calculation scheme for how much you need to add to the net value from the mobile site.de to get the cost of your car in the Russian Federation.
On May 26, I pay an advance payment for the cost of car selection services and sign a contract
On May 28, I receive the first inspection report of the car I am interested in, which in the end does not suit me.
On June 1, I receive the second report - I like the car, the verdict - WE BUY it.
I'm paying for the car on June 6th.
On June 7, I receive information that my money has already been received.
Then the painful waiting begins when the car will be delivered to Minsk, initially I was told that it would take about 4 days, then they said that it would take a week, then that a little more and she would arrive. In general, my nerves were spent a lot. Next, I heard a story that the rules at customs have changed and there are some problems, but they can be solved. I waited 1-2 days for an answer to the questions when the car would already be in Minsk. There were times when I received an answer to my questions in telegrams only the next day, although the person was constantly online.
On May 19, I receive a photo that the car is parked near the office in Minsk. The first stage of nerves is over... then the next day, that is, on June 20, the car is driven into detaling to a partner podborauto.by It was agreed that the car from detaling would be issued on June 25 and on June 26 it would allegedly already be sent to Moscow. In fact, the deadlines were disrupted by detaling for four days.
On June 29, I receive a photo / video that the car after detaling is beautiful near the office with the inscription PODBORAUTO.BY .
We call Eugene on the phone, I explain to him that it seems like a month has passed since the payment was made, I ask him to send the car as soon as possible, I receive an answer that tomorrow the car will be sent to Moscow. I also get a photo of the dashboard where I notice that the mileage on my car is 2250km more than at the time of its inspection at a dealer in Germany, to the question - where did 2k + km of mileage come from, I received the answer - "this is normal". As it turned out, the car was traveling from Frankfurt to Minsk on its own, although initially they explained to me that the car would be delivered by car carrier. Well ok.
On June 30, the car was not sent to Moscow. They promise that tomorrow (July 1) the car will be in Moscow
On July 1, I write, I call - he does not pick up the phone, does not respond to messages all day, while constantly online. Patience is over, it was decided to buy a ticket to Minsk in order to pick up the car yourself. In the evening, while searching for a ticket to Minsk, I receive a video that the car is loaded into a car carrier + a voice message that the people who transport car carriers are irresponsible, that logistics is complicated, don't worry, the car has been sent to Moscow.
On July 2, I receive a photo report that the car has arrived in Moscow.
Next, the procedure for registration of sbkts, glonass, e-mail / PTS begins. Initially, the deadline for these events was announced 5-7 working days. That is, well, now the deadline for me to get a car will be July 12 at the most. But no…
On July 18, I receive a file with the EPTS in WhatsApp and information that everything is ready - fly in and get the car.
A day later I flew to Moscow, immediately to the traffic police, 2 hours and I am the happy owner of my Volvo XC60.
I was going to write this review for a long time, in the end I wrote everything as it is.
It's been almost 1.5 months since I got my car, I drive and I'm not happy))) I am following the market of cars that are now being transported from America, the United Arab Emirates, Korea, Germany, and I just understand that I got to great guys who did not throw and brought me a car, albeit with a delay, but they brought it! Thanks a lot to them for that!!! Especially Eugene and Alexander!
Will I recommend them to my friends - definitely YES!!! Despite the fact that I had to be nervous)

Then everything was just super professional, on time and as they say with the soul. We were very satisfied with the car. Now we have contacted Podborauto again and a new car has been picked up for us very professionally again.
