The staff is absolutely not polite, and often even rude. It seems that they are completely uninterested in their work and customer service. I am constantly faced with the fact that no one is in place during business hours. This attitude to one's duties causes bewilderment and disappointment.

I don't understand why the others are unhappy with this post office, everything is so wonderful for me, no matter how many packages or letters arrive, everything is issued within 1-2 minutes, I have never seen that there was no one during working hours.
