terrible airline. Hand luggage must fit on a small container although it says 10 kg. You can't carry a laptop in a separate bag and if the bag doesn't fit on the hand luggage, it asks for 5000 rubles or leave your things! I never intend to fly with this company again

Everything is too long, it's just impossible. I had experience of flying with other low-cost airlines, I didn't come close to such a thing. the most inhibited airline.

makes pay an additionnal bag and i was needed to take gear with me so the bag was sent empty while at the same time many people have 2 bags. looks very stupid. in addition plane is late. better use aeroflot! terrible service
