I bought a bouquet of blue irises on March 8th, I made an order on the 6th, there were not enough flowers in terms of quantity, we agreed that they would add something to the bouquet so that it would be beautiful, they also warned that not all the flowers had opened yet and they say they should already open by 8. A photo of the Finnish bouquet will be dropped.
Everything seems to be fine, I paid for the order in advance.
On the morning of March 8, they called and said the flowers had not opened, they would be picking white and blue irises. He accepted the situation, said okay.
As a result, they didn't bring the bouquet at the agreed time, they didn't throw it off, it was a small thing, but in this particular case they let me down, although I set the delivery time range to 3 hours.
The bouquet I received was not at all encouraging, the buds were still not open, even though they were in the mix, it was a shame to give. Okay, I wrote it off for a holiday, I thought that everything would open up at home in a vase and it would be beautiful.
But in the end, nothing opened in 2 days, but the flowers just wilted.

After 10 minutes, they sent me a photo of the finished bouquet on Viber. I quickly paid through ERIP. Everything was delivered within an hour. Very fast, comfortable and convenient!
I have already visited the guys personally on Oktyabrskaya Street for the second time. A great choice, cozy. We were treated to delicious coffee. The order was not small, for the last call to the children at school. I am just shocked by the level and professionalism of this store, the order was quickly, beautifully and efficiently assembled. I especially want to note the work of the administrator and the florist, I had a chance to communicate with them more than once by phone and messengers - very polite, pleasant (patient, because there were many nuances) staff. The disgusting attitude of the staff discouraged the desire to return here sometime. A young man on 01.08 at around 20:00 stopped by for a bouquet as a gift to me, the employees decided, apparently, that the guy would not pay attention to the details and already rotten and uncleaned flowers were collected in the bouquet, the branches were also not completely cleaned and eventually tied together with the leaves.
I immediately came with the MC to figure out why the bouquet was collected in such a way, in response I received "well, this is such a variety, but the flower was not cleaned, because the extreme petals will open", when it is clearly visible from them that no matter how much you solder, rotten and sometimes missing petals will not look normal.
The florist replaced 4 flowers with normal ones of the same variety, at least thank you for that. Otherwise, the appearance of the bouquet, the attitude towards customers, attempts to deceive and justify a rotten flower with the words "this is such a variety" are low.
