But then, in correspondence, the manager in whatsapp wrote that they suddenly had an audit and they would not be able to make the delivery and the delivery would be made tomorrow, as soon as the audit was over! This is despite the fact that the time was about 17:40, and the order had already been confirmed and paid on the website, and by the contact phone of the online store you have an automatic message saying that you work around the clock and seven days a week. 09.11.2023 no one contacted me and no one delivered my order, they stupidly scored on it and that's it! And there was probably no revision at all! They just didn't want to deliver a free penny order paid for with bonuses by Yandex, I clarify that we are not talking about free branded delivery, but about paid delivery by Yandex.
