Since childhood, since the 60s of the last century, I have been swimming in the waters of the Sibinsk lakes, but I have never seen such a thing... Now the territories have been fenced off, cattle are grazing and there is no access to the reservoir. 1 thousand tenge is charged per person, with no conditions!
1. The bottom is not cleaned, there is dirt and mud.
2. There is no SES check.
3. There are no buoys, no swimming restrictions.
4. There are no rescuers.
5. There are no medical staff.
6. There is no proper toilet.
6. There is no place to change clothes.
7. There is no elementary sand.
And on the beach in the city in the Left-Bank complex, all conditions are met and 400 tenge is charged.

Smart guys, I do not recommend visiting this base, they charged 14,000 tenge per day for a yurt under the guise of an eco-hotel!))

The nature is unique. Beautiful cliffs. The water in the lake is crystal clear if no one is swimming.
It is clear that they tried at least somehow. To cultivate the place, but something went wrong. The beach is just disgusting, there is practically no sand. The bottom is either all in stones or in the roots of reeds. Which is so, which is quite unpleasant. It is unpleasant when feet step on scattered stones at the bottom of the lake, it is also unpleasant to step on a pile of reed roots. It is very unpleasant when you swim to the buoys, and the algae tickle you underwater. Such a unique place was turned into some kind of unfinished building, a garbage dump. From the highway to the beach, the road is gravel, rather in a disgusting condition.
In nature, you want to relax, listen to the noise of the lake, nature, you want silence, but no, the only cafe presses on the whole beach with pop music.
There are no lifeguards or police on the beach.

The much-praised Sibinsky lakes. It was on Lake Shalkar that we rested. On Friday evening we got there, while we found a place, everything is fenced, the houses are terribly far from the lake. The beach, where you can drive by car, is paid and crowded on Saturday.
