I visited Patong beach and I really liked it. The beach turned out to be quite picturesque and clean. The water is clear, and the infrastructure is well developed — there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beach has all the conditions for relaxation: there are sun beds, umbrellas and other amenities. A great place for a beach holiday! I plan to come back here again. I recommend Patong beach to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to relax by the sea.
The beach is not bad, the wide strip is clean enough, but local organizers of skiing, on Jet skis and Parachutes, interfere with vacationers a little. They organize a rental in the middle of the beach...It's not very pleasant when Jet Skis and Speedboats are almost hitting you over the head. The sun beds are inexpensive, 200 baht for 2 sun beds and an umbrella for the whole day!!! Overall, I liked it, but the bottom is sandy and the sea doesn't look very nice.....
The middle part is clean and preferably in the morning. There are rivers in the south and in the north. There is an equipped shower and toilets - Closer to the central part. The fee is symbolic of how much you put in the box or the lady at the entrance . A stationary building on the beach. Bangletroud is full of cafes during the day. The shawarma is excellent- beef, chicken. Fruits are also there and restaurants along the coast, but they are expensive and stupid- not tasty. It is better to walk away from the shore. There are many cafes for every taste. Jay Ceylon two-storey shopping mall within walking distance, Thai boxing,
Positive
1. Long, gently sloping sandy beach
2. Clean water without big waves
3. There are no surfers - you can swim
4. Rent jet skis, parachute rides, board rides and banana rides
5. Fruits, drinks and massages on the beach
6. Proximity to the city center and entertainment
Minuses
1. There are a lot of vacationers from 10.00 to dark
2. A lot of boats with the smell of gasoline after 9.00
3. Dogs with and without owners in the morning
One of the busiest beaches! There is everything you need for relaxation, from a chaise longue to a jet ski.
You can play volleyball or do aerobics with music in the evening.
The water is clear and transparent, but when the sea is very rough, it becomes cloudy.
The most active beach in Phuket! All day long, people here ride jet skis and parachutes. In the evening, the whole of Patong does aerobics to music. Be sure to come here before sunset - the sunsets here are incredible!!
The most active beach in Phuket! All day long people ride jet skis and parachutes. In the evening, the whole of Patong does aerobics to music. Be sure to come here before sunset - the sunsets here are incredible!!
Nice beach. Quiet, calm. Turbidity rises with excitement. In calm weather, the water is clear. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. 200 baht. Volleyball is organized on the beach in the evenings - 100 baht. Also, jet ski rental from 1,500 baht/ person. They ride on a banana, a bun, a parachute, or just a boat or catamaran. There is a 10 baht toilet. Cruise ships often come in. The bottom is sandy.
The beach is stunningly clean! With beautiful clear water. No wildlife or debris on the beach. You can buy fruits and sit and eat while enjoying the sea. There are a lot of people only where there are sun beds, if you, like us, like to lie on a towel, you will definitely find a place. The only difficulty is finding a place in the shade) But anything is possible!
A very lively place, gorgeous sunsets, clear, warm water. We had a rest in October 2024. The beach is clean, there are a lot of jet skis and parachutists. It's a good place, I want to come back again.
The beach is not very clean. A lot of equipment - jet skis, parachutes. With children, it's better to go to Katya, and the entrance is shallow for a long time. There are a lot of noisy people . Dancing entertainment room at the entrance. For those who like to hang out all the time. There is a berth for ships, you can go somewhere cleaner, to the islands for example
Cool beach, everything is within walking distance, clean sand, clean sea, cool waves, everything is on the level, I definitely recommend visiting everything to the intellect, everything is super in the palm of your hand
Very clean, we were on the right side of the beach facing the sea. Sun beds are paid, of course, but there is one advantage to having guards watching your belongings. We met one family, they were relaxing nearby without sun beds, money and phones were stolen from them, no one even noticed how it all happened. The most important thing on the beach is the toilets, there were three around us, all paid for, but it was so clean that money was not spared, there was also a shower and a room for small children, everything was provided for the disabled. Cafes on the beach from expensive to cheap for your choice. And in the evening there is a lot of entertainment near the beach. We had a parade in December and several concerts for free.
Clean, fine, shiny sand. Blue, clear, transparent sea. All the entertainment. Everything you need for a great vacation. We really enjoyed it, we want to come back again.
The beach is quite long, there is an opportunity to use sun beds (100 baht-about 400 rubles for the whole day)
The sea is clear, the entry into the water is smooth, there are waves, but not critical. Water +30(November)
There are all kinds of entertainment, cafes. In general, it is quite a good place to relax
Great beach!
good water
, no pitfalls
, clean enough
, normal entry into the water
sun beds, beer and a good mood for the money!)
periodically, someone smokes nearby, not always cigarettes ;-)

Perhaps the most popular and largest beach in Phuket, there is a lot of sand without stones, a good embankment with paths, a large separate sidewalk, developed infrastructure around, all shops, entertainment, restaurants and bars are practically concentrated on the first and second lines. There are also cafes, restaurants, shops, currency exchangers, fruits, makashnits on the coast. Toilets, showers and changing rooms for money. There are improvised benches made of wood, many trees that create a natural shade, umbrellas, sun beds, sports fields with a standard set of primitive simulators, a lot of water activities: parachutes, jet skis, boards, boats, etc. massage. Taxi drivers are scurrying around on tuk-tuks everywhere, but it is cheaper and more comfortable to ride a taxi through the application, tuk-tuk is more like entertainment for the company and a local attraction. Of the disadvantages of the beach, it is sometimes a lot of dirt, a small number of urns, poor cleaning of the beach and the surrounding area and sewage that flows directly into the sea near the Patong sign, but this is the beach of Phuket, so everywhere. The sea depends on the weather in general, from turquoise and clear, to a storm with branches and plankton with algae.
It's a wonderful place, fascinating, warm, pleasant people and a wonderful climate! Shallow sea depth, ebb and flow! The beach is gorgeous, I really like everything!
The very center of Phuket, a lively beach, with a lot of different tourists, the water on the beach is strangely green, not very clean, I would say very not clean, I did not experience much pleasure, but I wanted to plunge my body, starved for cloudberries, into the turquoise waves of Andaman.....
The beach is beautiful, the sunsets are simply magnificent. By 5 p.m., people gather to watch the sunsets. There are many cafes, makashnits along the beach, there is a massage. Bangla Road leads to the beach. There is a sangteo stop, and buses to the airport and other beaches of Kata and Karon. There are beach discos in the evening.
Nice wide beach. There are water activities- motorcycles, a parachute. Sun beds with an umbrella are 100 baht. They carry beer at will, and coconuts. Beautiful sunset
A not too wide strip of beach.Fine sand. You should not wait for clear water on a sandy beach. But there are no tides, big waves, and a promenade nearby, even if it is not too wide. The bathing area is large and deep enough. There are many shops with food and fruits.I'm ok
This is probably the best beach in Phuket. Interesting shiny sand, convenient entrance to the sea, sun beds, food delivery to the sunbed, but you have to pay with a lot of people and noise.
Great beach, soft sand, incredible views. There are many shops on the shore and an artificial wave for surfing. There are reverse currents on the beach. Rescuers are on duty and check the boxes on time.
We arrived in 2023, the hotel was in Patong. The beach seemed dirty, and the sea was not at all the kind of Melt they were going to get. But having arrived in 2025 with children, of course, we were looking for the best on every beach, and if we go beyond Bangla, looking at the sea to the right, go or better take a taxi / moped to the end of the beach- and then a clean beach, without boats / jet skaters, a wonderful azure sea!
We were in December 23, we lived in the northern part, respectively, and swam there. I liked everything. The beach is very long, so it doesn't seem like there are a lot of people. We didn't buy deck chairs. We rested under the palm trees until lunch. It's gorgeous in the evening, not hot and beautiful sunsets. You can have a snack nearby. It's fun around the rocks. The water is clean and warm. In the middle of the beach, sometimes the algae washed up. I tried several times to reach the southern part along the coastline, but I never got to the end - far away. My impressions are very positive. But who needs a secluded vacation, probably not here
Not the cleanest. We lived in Patong, within walking distance from this beach. We went only in the evening, to sit on the shore, did not swim. There are plenty of other beaches with cleaner water for swimming in Phuket.
Cool beach. The sand is pleasant. There are no stones and other things . The water is clean. A chaise longue and an umbrella in 100 baht. They will help you place it and also make sure themselves when you need to move the umbrella from the sun) everything is fine. There is no theft.
Nice beach. The water is muddy because of the sand, but everything is clean and well maintained. Sun beds with umbrellas can be rented. There is a cafe nearby where you can eat and drink.
The beach is great, there are no waves from December to March, the Andaman Sea is calm, children can swim freely. It's a little noisy, but it's Patong. Kata or kata noi is not so noisy there, but you can die of boredom.
Of course, it all depends on the weather (sun, wind) and the presence of the public, but in general, the beach is very nice and clean. In the presence of waves, the achievement is activated: "entry-level surfing classes are available to you." The only thing that was very annoying was the endless number of touts (not Thais) for jetski and parachute.
It's a nice and almost clean beach, except for the townsfolk who can occasionally throw steers. Gentle entry into the water. The sand is shiny, the kata and karon are different, but the water is cleaner there. Lots of services. The locals set up volleyball nets in the evening, and wellcomers for fans of the game. If you are in Patong, then you can only survive in this heat by the water :)
I liked the beach, the water is clean, the sand is too. There is a shower and toilet, massage. You can have a snack, drink a smoothie. Sun beds and umbrellas are available.
The beach in Thailand is what else can I say, the sand is gentle, the sea is warm, and the life is carefree.
You can play volleyball for 100 baht, but the level is very low there.
The beach is normal-not Naiharn, of course-but we liked everything - we walked 2 km there and back. Sun beds for 300 rubles, beer for 300, makashniks everywhere, there is a photo zone with swings and flowers. Water is a buzz .
As always, it's gorgeous. But you need to relax on the northern part of the beach. It's much better and cleaner there. There are cheap sun beds. 100 baht.
Gentle entrance to the water. Even when the tide is out, it takes a long time to reach the depths. Sand with a sparkle. When the sand on your feet dries, it looks like your feet are shining with gold, it's beautiful. There is no sewage system from the hotels. Sun beds with umbrellas are paid. Apparently, because of this, the sand is clean - the locals are watching, everything is cleaned up for the piglets. There's plenty of room for everyone. There are rocks on the left and right of the beach, and you can see fish around them if you swim with a mask.
For me, this is the best beach in Phuket, in terms of civilization, entertainment, cafes, shops, markets, etc. There are supermarkets and very local shops. The beach itself is very large, the sea is clean, there is no garbage. Personally, I prefer the northernmost part of the beach, where, anyway, the sea is a little cleaner, there are fewer jet skis and there are rocks where you can dive and watch the fish.
Great impressions of this place. The beach in April was not crowded, the entry into the water was comfortable. The waves are small (they were much larger on Karon). There was no garbage, the views of the city and the bay are excellent. When we booked the tour, we thought that there would be a lot of people in Patong, it was noisy, that we should have chosen a quieter (family) beach. As it turned out, in Phuket it was far from the most visited beach on the island.
Great beach. There are marine activities, and they are quite affordable. Sun beds for 100 baht per day. Cafes and all that. The only thing that is very unnerving is all sorts of comrades who importunately offer to buy jewelry, watches, carpets, sweaters, glasses, etc. They say sometimes all sorts of stuff washes up on the beach, but I haven't seen it, so I don't believe it. There are a lot of people, but for such a central location it is quite justified.
It is quite clean and sandy. The cleanest place is the northern part, the water is clear and you can swim with a mask, there are a lot of fish and crabs.
The beach is like a beach. But it's better not to lie naked on the sand, it's fraught. There are places where you can sit down in the evening, relax, looking at the waves. During the day, you can rent a sunbed for 100 baht, according to the assurances of the seller for several days even, but I won't say for sure, I didn't check. There is a beer sale, the same price is 100, a place to sit will be provided.
There are no public toilets, but I didn't really want to, even after a beer, everything comes out through sweat, it's convenient.
In the evening, a lot of sand crabs come out to fight over their minks, and in search of food.
In principle, a great place to sunbathe and relax. In the evening you can watch the most beautiful sunsets, and in the morning there are not so many people.
A nice clean beach, the sea is clear, there is a small wave, all kinds of merchants are annoying, where everything is much more expensive than in 7/11 and markets
The best beach in Phuket. Developed infrastructure, beautiful view. There are many makashnits (dishes for every taste) and massage parlors. I recommend it to everyone to visit!
The sea is not very clean, but it is normal. There is a paid shower and toilet. It's all clear! It was close to the hotel, we walked in the evenings. There are a lot of people!
Wide coastline, fine white sand, quite clean, there will definitely be a place. The entrance to the sea is gentle, a wide strip of shallow water (expanse for children). Along the sea there is a park with greenery, with playgrounds for sports. There are practically no benches
It's a good beach, close to the city, but a little dirty, as for me.
If you visit other beaches in Phuket, you will not want to return to this city beach))
