There are a lot of vacationers in the hotel, a lot of things were completed later, including the water park, but the territory is not designed for such a number of people. Despite the efforts of the managers, the service staff does not strain much and does not do much the first time, but they are generally friendly. In general, it's not 5* at all. But if you are not very picky and want to have a budget vacation, then it is tolerable. For your information: the Italian a la carte restaurant serves everyone for free until 17h, but this is only said to those who come from Europe)) there you can order a very tasty real pizza and several decent dishes: Mediterranean salad, beef, etc.
