I really liked the apartment.
It is a small three-storey building located opposite the beaches of Kalamaki. The building has no elevator for only 6 rooms. Only 4 rooms located on the 2nd and third floors will be rented. All 4 rooms have slightly different layouts, but all are bright and spacious, all have 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen has excellent kitchen furniture, electric stove, sink. The bedrooms have worse furniture. Each room has 2 balconies. There is a clothes dryer, iron, washing machine. The air conditioner is located only in the living room, but we did not use it. Since the windows in the room overlook 3 cardinal directions, the air was always fresh, it was not hot.
