Although the opposite is stated. Houses for 15k tenge per day are like sheds, stink, dampness, mold, dirt. Take the time to find a place to live on the spot, not via the Internet, because everyone's concepts of cleanliness are different...

A public beach, a very narrow strip, fenced off. Walk around on the road, without sidewalks. Locals leave garbage, there are no bins. There are paid beaches, most of them. They are cleaned, but it is not very cheap to enter the territory.
