The beach is wide, there is enough space, people are moderate. Pleasure boats, banana rides, and quad bikes are offered, but not intrusively. The pebbles are average, but it is better to use plastic slippers to enter the water. Our hotel Portoritsa was located opposite the beach and provided free sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels. If you are not a guest of the hotel, a sunbed can be rented for a reasonable fee. We found only one drawback - there is no changing room

The beach is a wild seashore, a fairly wide strip of medium–sized pebbles. Entering the water is convenient if you are wearing plastic slippers. No locker rooms have been noticed. The toilet was paid for last year, this year they didn't find anyone to take the keys from.
There is a rental of saps, canopies. Nearby there are cafes, cheburechnaya, shops, sellers of excursions.
From 10 to 18 in the season, beaten off local "motorcyclists" drive too close to the shore with calls to ride. There are bananas, a parachute for extreme sports fans.
The water is clean, sometimes fish swims along the shore, dolphins have been seen more than once.
Early in the morning the beach is almost empty, in the evening the sun sets beautifully at the border.

The urban-type settlement of Gechrypsh (or Gyachrypsh) is a great place for people like me who prefer a quiet holiday to noisy parties, an opportunity to admire nature and forget about the hustle and bustle of the city for a while. The peak of the bathing season is in July - August, but believe me, you will have a great time here in September - October: the heat subsides, but the sea is still warm and you can swim. The village is located on the Black Sea coast, at the place where the Psou River flows into it. This is the first settlement that comes across on the way immediately after crossing the Russian border. This is a place for those who came to listen to the silence, enjoy the beauty of nature, admire the scenery, breathe clean air. The village is literally surrounded by greenery everywhere palm trees, cypresses, thuja, magnolias, oleanders, laurel trees. The air is filled with the smells of pine needles and flowers.
The sea is just a fairy tale, clean and beautiful. The beach is quite wide, the entrance to it is free. A strip several meters wide close to the sea is pebbly (small pebbles mixed with large ones and walking on it barefoot is not the most pleasant pleasure, but it is tolerable), in places the pebbles are replaced by sand. The descent is quite gentle, without sudden changes - this is an additional advantage for those who come on vacation with children. However, since the beach is pebbly, I will say right away that it is better to take rubber shoes with you to go into the water. You can buy it and other beach accessories in shops nearby. There are practically no additional amenities, several changing rooms and showers. You can rent a sunbed, an umbrella from the sun. There are no toilets on the beach. There is not much entertainment, except swimming and lying in the sun, local businessmen offer riding on cheesecakes, bananas, scooters, you can also rent a "SAP board" (an inflatable board with a paddle), you can book a boat trip or a motor ship. Right on the beach there are two canteens and a cafe where you can buy beer, drinks, ice cream and snacks. The food is delicious at home, the prices are very affordable. The water in the sea is warm, sometimes there was no desire to go out, it was so comfortable in the sea. The water on the sea is clean, but sometimes the Psou river, which is located nearby, carries dirt. In general, as for me, it's a great place to relax. It's quiet, peaceful, cheap and there aren't as many people as on other beaches.

You can not relax with children, with relatives or friends. There are many reasons for this, the first is that the beach is dirty, like pebbles and no one is doing it. By the way, the water is quite clean. Secondly, they constantly ride on water scooters, there are no buoys, do not worry, they will certainly touch, as they swim as close to the shore as possible.
And not to mention the usual attributes, selling chebureks, corn and so on on the go.
