Cuba is beautiful and amazing!! a snow-white beach, a pleasant and warm Atlantic Ocean in February, beautiful landscapes, what is worth visiting this island for! The food is certainly peculiar, the rum is excellent and "flows like a river", the fruits are very tasty, but the Cubans are very unhurried, the service is a little behind, but they try, and retro cars are of course their thing!! Of course, it takes a long time to fly to Cuba (15 hours), and therefore you need to fly for many days at once, so that you do not regret later that you did not have time to enjoy the ocean!

I like to travel and I really like Latin American countries in general, but Cuba will probably be an exception.… As we were told in the travel agency , they say it is necessary to open America from Cuba, in general everything is relative. I don't see any point in comparing it with Dominica or Venezuela, of course Cuba is inferior. But in general, the Water and the sun are fire, the beach specifically in Varadero is very clean, smooth and sandy everywhere, without any stones, etc. I take off one star for service and food. Of course, I am not picky about food and in general, for me, the important criteria for rest were the sun, water and rum , but of course there was a drop ... Rum , but for all 11 days of stay at the hotel there was never an elementary scrambled eggs or omelet , yes, there was an omelet , bread was not always there. And the rest is great, he has a vacation in America and Africa. 😁

It's a pity that this place.... this is the place...the hotel here is built on a swamp, and accordingly there are a lot of midges, they bite and are not comfortable.
And so Cuba itself and a lot of beaches and hotels here are just beautiful and the people here are kind.but unfortunately that's all...since the sanctions have greatly affected the development of tourism in this country.
I fly there very often for work, and I see that the problems are huge with living conditions (cleaning, washing ....food ...meat...sugar, and a lot of other things).
But!I repeat, Cuba itself is just a gorgeous place!
For 18 years, I have been in more than 20 hotels and in different cities of this country.
Unfortunately, this is the place I would not recommend to tourists who just want to relax, you will be bitten by mosquitoes (swamp).

We spent half a day by the sea at about 6-15 dawn begins (an exciting sight, different every morning) at the end of the spit there is a stunning bay, a bunch of fish of different colors and caliber!!!!
