As such, there is no beach there, people have nowhere to relax and swim without breaking the law. A fairly large neighborhood, the arrangement of a small place for swimming will not require large investments.

It's dirty, there are no descents to the water, there is no place where you can lie down to sunbathe, walking dogs right there.
