I recently visited the beach, which left me with only positive impressions. The beach turned out to be clean and well-groomed, with soft golden sand, ideal for walking and relaxing. The water was warm and clear, which created excellent conditions for swimming.
There were plenty of comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, so you could comfortably spend time in the sun.
I especially liked the friendly atmosphere: the people were calm and welcoming, which created a feeling of comfort. In the evening, the beach turns into a romantic place for walking, with a beautiful sunset on the horizon.
In general, this is an ideal place for a family vacation or a romantic weekend. I will definitely come back here again!

Cool beach! If both sand and stones ! There are many hotels, cafes and restaurants! Great location! One of the best beaches in Abkhazia. Insanely atmospheric !
There are many places to park, on the beach you can rent a water vehicle, Sup, catamaran! The prices are adequate!

Cool place, sandy beach, few people, clean. The only drawback is there is nowhere to eat delicious food. One cafe- you can eat, but the prices are restaurant, expensive. In others it is impossible to eat. And nature is cool.

Nice beach. This is one of the sandy beaches in Abkhazia. 10 years ago, it was a wild beach where cows and dogs walked. Now I can say that this is an equipped place: garbage collection is carried out, there are sun beds, sun protection, sap rental works. Overall, the beach is super. If a small strip of stones prevents you from entering the water, buy slippers. This year we got into a steep period - the water was always clean, there were no jellyfish and it was completely calm.

Nice beach. There are few people, especially in the morning and evening. Visiting vacationers in the private sector spoil the atmosphere a little. There aren't many of them. But still they behave badly. They smoke, drink, and sometimes swear. But this is not global. The beach is cleaned every morning anyway and it is more or less clean. The entrance is convenient. We were here one day on 30.06.2024, there was a westerly wind and waves washed up all possible dirt, branches, household garbage such as bags, dead insects... Plus, of course, sand. But it's everywhere except for the sunset, you immediately enter the stones unexpectedly and not pleasantly ((then the sand is like on the beach and you have to swim to the depth, it's clean.
There are paid sun beds and umbrellas, there are cafes, there is a store. Everything is normal for the service. There were no dogs until the evening, as soon as they arrived, I had to leave...

Yesterday's food is served in the dining room. In a cafe, they slip food of an incomprehensible composition and charge unreasonably large money for it. The beach is pebbly with sand.

The photo shows a very dangerous slope of a mountain of sand and stones, which is moving, there was a collapse twice, small, but it was scary when a stone the size of a potato flew a few cm from my head. And on 09.07.2023, a tsunami passed along the beach with stones from this cliff crushed 2 tents and 2 cars. 2 women were injured. Ruins still lie on the beach, no one cleans up.

Nature is a delight. 4 stars for the attitude of the authorities of Abkhazia to cleanliness. Garbage is not really taken out! Not all cafes and coastal hotels keep the surrounding area clean. Such an attitude to what nature has given their country is simply amazing!
I recommend Captain Black Beach, it's clean, beautiful, there are garbage cans and they monitor their territory.

The beach is almost the same as in Thailand (white sand, palm trees, sea..) but much cleaner. There are stalls nearby with cold refreshing drinks, snacks, and sell beach accessories. There is also a cafe where you can have a pretty tasty meal. There is a hotel in the form of a castle nearby, you can rent sun loungers from them, the staff is polite. I had a rest in June, it was not crowded. In general, I advise you to go there and have a good time.

The Black Sea coast in Abkhazia has rocky beaches, there is also a sandy shore, for which we went to this beach. There is a small village on the shore of the bay, there are small hotels, there are few people. In the coastal area there are cafes, rental of billboards, very picturesque views. It is suitable for a quiet relaxing holiday.

aaaa... I want to go back :) Everything is fine, the beach is sandy and pebbly, closer to the mountain that is in the photo (Fish Factory, Ldzaa) - more sand, closer to Pitsunda - more pebbles. The only one, I don't know if it's a minus, or a nuance, when the river rains, branches and tree trunks are taken out to sea, then they clog the entire coastal strip for a couple of days. But, a day later, the sea is clean again and the garbage has already been removed from the plage.
