Yooko is the person who spoilt all the memories about the hotel. We paid 250$ for the tour an Yokoo was our guide, during the tour he acted with impolite behaviour and offending, rude and even not funny jokes. After the tour he promised to send videos from gopro camera and drone (which was included in the tour price), many times he lied, each time promising to send videos next day. And then just ignored us. And hotel management seems not to care or trying to resolve it somehow which is unprofessional and careless to customers.

The staff tries hard, the food is a bit monotonous, the buffet, the rooms are different. But the main thing is a warm sea with fish, the approach to the sea is gentle, there is no ocean roll. In general, it is an ideal place to relax with young children. The rest of the entertainment except the sea for extra money. And also, you need to be ready to take a speedboat from Arimerno airport for an hour or an hour and twenty upon arrival. If you get seasick, stock up on packages.
