The atmosphere is wonderful, the air is completely different here because of the water. There are benches, I really like to sit, look at the water, think about my own. There are playgrounds and exercise equipment for adults nearby.
The beach is dirty and unkempt, there is a lot of garbage. People swim, well, mostly desperate. I would not recommend going into the water. You can just sit next to each other and look at the scenery and the beautiful city.
