Minuses:
It is not immune from force majeure (sanctions), it is slowly reorienting with routes, all costs are borne by the customer. An additional contract for an alternative route is not drawn up, a new invoice is issued and that's it (a car can travel around the world at your expense for a very long time). I ordered 2 cars: Tucson - ordered in early June, and received in early December. Santa Fe - ordered in early May, arrived on January 8, so + surcharge of 5700u.ready for delivery and with damage received on the way to Minsk. There were no extremes. The cost of repairing the damage was 600. Total to the initial cost of the car 6300

The representative office in the Republic of Belarus does not have any obligations to the client!
In case of force majeure, all expenses are solely borne by the client. The representative in Minsk does not resolve any issues, if something does not go according to plan, refers to the Lithuanians (the director is there). Accordingly, you won't get anyone there and you won't ask anyone!
Cars often arrive damaged!
Deadlines are not being met!
If you have to make additional payments, you will not be provided with any documents or justifications. They charge the amount and leave you no choice. Either you pay for it or we don't bring you a car! A peculiar way of extortion.
Car delivery took 11 months and the cost increased by a third!

The cost of the car increased by 37% - by $8.4 thousand above the initial cost: $5.9 thousand for additional delivery and $ 2.5 thousand additionally for customs clearance of cars older than 5 years, which occurred on the way due to the fault of the company. In addition, theft of small components and additional damage during the delivery of Klaipeda-Minsk.

I bought a car in July of the 24th year, through PLC.auction.By Today, it's already March 2025, the car still hasn't arrived... At the time of the conclusion of the contract, the promised period was 2 months, the Director cannot give exact data on where and when....I recommend avoiding this desk

They don't know how to pick up a car from the word at all. The car was damaged by $500 on delivery. The delivery time was not fulfilled (I was traveling for 5 months). There are some problems with this company. As a result, they are not responsible for anything. I don't recommend working with them.

After the sale of Renault Espace 5, there was a question about buying a new one. Because I was interested in Renault Coleos 2, and in Europe and in our country it was overpriced, then the choice fell on the Korean market. Studying the information on companies that would help me in this, the choice fell on PLC Auction Belarus, headed by Denis. The delivery price is the cheapest on the RB market. Moreover, the guys consulted on any issue at any time. The car was delivered relatively quickly, safe and sound. At each stage, the cars were photographed and sent photos. Nothing was missing from the trunk!!!!! So, I recommend it to everyone. Special thanks to the guys from the Belarusian branch of the ATP for their professionalism.

Cars were purchased from South Korea through Plc Belarus (the company's competitors have much higher prices). With the help of Denis, a decent option was selected in a couple of days, a contract was concluded, payments were made and it only remained to wait for the car to arrive in Belarus. All the time while the car was being delivered, Denis was in touch and reported all the news on car delivery. And on February 6, I took the car from customs, I am very pleased with the purchase. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Denis Korbachev for his help and advice on all issues of interest.

PLC report (not advertising, hi Carmoto).For a very long time I chose a company that would bring me from Korea, I already had experience with the USA, I wanted extreme)And so, after studying all the offers, PLC had the most financially profitable, much cheaper than its competitors (I wrote on previous pages), while there were no sensible and real reviews, only Ukrainian ones (the office used to work in Ukraine, the accounting department in Lithuania) generally decided to take a chance.After talking with director Denis, who is also the manager, there was no doubt about the correctness of the choice.Everything is clear, without water and to the point, and most importantly that the amount of payment, and it was 3 months ago, will not change (car + delivery is valuable), i.e. these standard gadgets like others "that you understand everything can change, new year, Houthis, etc." in this case, there were no conversations + it is very convenient to create your own office and you basically see photo reports at every stage (loading into a container, unloading,car carrier,SVH).The only thing was a slight delay in Lithuania (+- 3 weeks) I already started to worry specifically and even said goodbye to the car) but, my torments and daily calls to Denis were in vain (it's not his fault, the Lithuanians are working slowly), as a result, today the car arrived at the SVH, tomorrow I'm going to customs.No additional payments were requested, Denis is constantly in contact, I definitely recommend and will still use their services.The car came out 30-40% cheaper than the market.This is a separate topic about money transfers, but in this case Denis helped to reduce the cost of this process.If you are interested in details, write in a personal account, I will answer and show you everything, because I was looking for answers to these questions myself, but I did not find them.The delivery time is 3 months and 10 days.
