Not a bad hotel and the staff is good. There's a good restaurant next to the river

A decent hotel. The location was acceptable, the standard room was quite comfortable, there was everything you needed (a bathrobe, toothbrush, comb), there was weak WiFi on the second floor, and there was no signal. The sound insulation is excellent, you can't hear anything at all, the windows were opening, there was air conditioning in the room. The breakfasts are decent, a good choice. Service is fast, check-in is almost instant.

Good morning!
The score is between 4 and 5... and that's 5 thanks to the charm and diligence of one single person - Diana, the conference and catering manager. Saved the whole situation. Saved the whole hotel. 5+ to her and Timerlan's employee. He's doing great too
But, now in more detail :
- the conference room itself (on the ground floor)- large, rectangular, solid and fresh. On the downside: sound, standard bells, so-so. The screen itself is too small diagonally. 4
- numbers. The room is spacious, there is a mini bar. The tub is great, but there are no outlets inside it. The bed is gorgeous and the pillows are too. On the downside: shampoo and gel in minimal quantities... it's very strange. There are no outlets in the bathroom. 4.5
- the gym... uh, well, that's an extremely loud word. Treadmills are OK, but of course there are problems with weights, dumbbells are here for girls, a maximum of 9kg. There are no Olympic vultures, no squat station, no bench. 3
- breakfast items. Great. But they start late. Only at 7:00. I would like to start at 6:00
- waiters... young people, without experience, who really don't understand what you want. It's very difficult. 3
- reception staff. Most of the time I watched them sitting on their phones. They don't get up to greet you, they're not particularly sociable. I was especially outraged by the attitude of the girl working early on the morning of May 30th....not an ounce of involvement or willingness to help. Just Zero... score 2
- Local cuisine. But this is brilliant, last night I decided to eat here, I didn't want to go anywhere. I ordered 4 dishes and was stunned. Very tasty. Respect for chefs is 5+.
- A nice and sociable bartender at the bar, I don't remember his name. Unlike the waiters lying on the sofas (!!!), he stands behind the counter and is always involved in the work.
