Beautiful neat modern office in the city center. There is a parking lot on the second floor. There is a pleasant smell in the corridors, beautiful girls, modern business people.

Excellent Boutique Business Center.
Large parking lot. Cool interior, high ceilings, lots of terraces and lounge areas. There is a river and a green area nearby!

There was a parking lot, it became an office building. A perfect example of redevelopment. It's hard to call Class A, but B is for sure. The location may not be the best, but everything is nearby and this is great news.
