I bought vitamins at this pharmacy. Before buying, he informed about the availability of a discount card and provided its number. In the evening of the same day, I checked, no bonuses were accrued. I called, they said they would charge it tomorrow. They didn't add anything. I wrote to the mail with the purchase receipt attached. Silence again. He called again. Wait for an answer again. And only today they contacted me and said that bonuses will not be credited because there may have been an error, but they do not see it. In total, it took 12 days to find out. The issue has not been resolved. I will continue to use the pharmacy network, but I am unlikely to.
