I needed medicines, but I never bought them at this pharmacy, as the staff sent me "on a long journey," referring to the fact that they would not have change. Of course, I wanted to say, "the buyer is always right and it's not his problem that you don't have change," but I didn't want to spoil my mood. And it's not the first time.
