Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, great large windows with a wonderful view of Minsk and the museum of the Great Patriotic War. Not a modern hotel, very 90s downstairs and the corridors and rooms are Soviet style but for me it's a positive, especially parquet floors! Only problem was no hot water very early one morning 5am when I wanted to shower before catching an early morning train.

A big hotel. I stayed 2 times in a double room and a suite. I really liked it. The floor is high, and there is a wonderful view of Pobediteley Avenue. Magnificent view of Stella, the park, the Svisloch river, the city. The Trinity suburb is within walking distance. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. There is everything you need: gel, shampoo, kettle, glasses, refrigerator, air conditioner. Two-room suite. There is a double bed in one room and a folding sofa in the other. Nice furniture. There are bathrobes in the suite. There is a guarded parking lot. The public transport stop is 5-7 minutes away. Near the shopping center stop, shops, cafes. They offer breakfast for an additional fee. Cleanliness and plumbing on the fourth floor (some kind of yellowish, stale curtain in the bathroom )

The location is perfect. Clear. We took it without breakfast, so there will be no review on this topic. Parking is decent and free, convenient. The staff is helpful and courteous. The room is cramped, but not tired. The furniture is all good quality, Pinskdrev. The windows are double-glazed, the curtains are also new. The wallpaper is new, the walls are even aligned. The mattress is very comfortable and not tired. The bed linen is clean and new, the pillows are comfortable. The water pressure is good, there was a room on the 6th floor. No one from the neighbors interfered with the audibility, if they are talking in the corridor, then you can close the inner door in the room. There is an old-style air conditioner, but it was not used because it was not necessary. The refrigerator in the room is standard. There's a shower stall, but it's a little cramped. There was a hair dryer, not used. There was no bottled water in the room, but there was a cooler with water on the floor. There was information about this on the hotel's website. The conclusion is that everything is great for this price. By the way, there are many elevators, and they are new and fast. The view is gorgeous from the window on the avenue and the memorial. The rooms are clean, but tired, and require updating. A great accommodation option for those who are nostalgic for all the good things that happened in the USSR. The hotel has carefully preserved not only the interiors, but also the atmosphere of that time. You can already smell childhood in the lobby. It's worth settling here for the sake of a half-kilogram key fob, which must be left at the desk. The rooms still have magnificent parquet flooring. And the ceramic panels in the dining room are just works of art!
On the downside: it's a very long process of settling in. Going to bed, we found that we were missing one pillow. The room is triple, but we warned that we have two children and there will be four of us. At 11 p.m., the reception couldn't help me anymore. I wasn't very impressed with the variety of breakfast, but the dried fruit compote was divine!

It's a great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. Nice design, snow-white fluffy towels, clean soft bed. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi with good speed, parking, delicious and hearty breakfasts.I will definitely come back to the Planet again.

She stayed at the Planeta Hotel from May 12 to May 20, 2025. Excellent location of the hotel. Everything is close to the center of Minsk. Breakfast was included in the room rate. Buffet food to choose from. You won't leave hungry! Free parking. The rooms are clean and cozy. Despite the fact that the hotel is located in the center, it was great to sleep. Very quiet!!! A good Soviet-style hotel, within walking distance of the historical city center, park, shopping center. The room was stuffy because there was not enough ventilation. I ran into some minor plumbing problems, but the problem was fixed at the first request. There are interesting key chains on the keys, they are heavy, so I left them at the reception. Of course, for lovers of modern comfort with key cards, smart TV in the room, etc., I think it will not work, but Minsk is a very beautiful city, there is where to go and where to spend time, so you will not have to spend a lot of time in the room if you are a tourist, and the prices in this hotel are more than affordable.

The impression of your hotel is ambiguous! If you look at it in general, it's good, but if you look more closely, there are disadvantages that spoil all the good impression! The disadvantages are that there were a lot of extraneous foreign hair on the bed in the room, despite the fact that the bed itself seemed to be clean. It's made perfectly! The largest air conditioner raises the temperature only to 32 degrees! The floors are cold (they didn't give you slippers)! In the restaurant, some members of our tour group got uncooked rice (explained by the fact that the intern cooked and not the cook!?!? And so, in principle, everything is decent! Plus, each guest is given a personal password from the hotel's WiFi, you can surf the Internet or do some of your own business at work and not only! Well, that seems to be it! From here I draw a conclusion! You can live, but if you are a very squeamish person and are used to having everything perfect at once, then this hotel is not for you!!!

The hotel is well located. The room is clean. The cleanest bed linen and towels. The shower is a little old. It's flimsy. It's a long time to wait for warm water. The heated towel rail is barely warm..
But the big disadvantage is that it was cold in the room at minus 7. And there was a lot of wind coming out of the window. It was good that there was a second blanket. I recently vacationed in the Planet. She lived on the 11th floor. The view from the window is beautiful, on the park. The room is warm, clean, the bed is comfortable, the linen is snow-white. There is soap, shower gel, shampoo in the bathroom. I took toothbrushes and toothpaste with me. There were no unpleasant odors in the bathroom. There is a refrigerator and a TV. I didn't go to breakfast, I slept for a long time. The Gallery shopping center is a seven-minute walk away. Convenient location, lovely girls at the reception. I recommend it to those who appreciate simplicity and cleanliness, like to walk around the sights. Especially in summer, I think it's good. The park is across the street, and so is the river. Go for a walk, I don't want to.

(((I woke up much earlier than the alarm clock because the people who lived on the floor above were literally jumping on my head. I understand that they were just moving around the room. But literally every step they took could be heard.
To summarize: in general, it is possible to live here. In the price-quality ratio, it is quite. Considering that hotels in Minsk are more expensive than, for example, in Moscow, this option can be considered, at least because of the relatively low (again, as for Minsk) cost.

I really like the Planeta Hotel.
1. Great location in the city center with a magnificent view of Victory Park and the Svisloch River, through a huge window.
2. There are no problems with the Internet, the room is warm and cozy, there is hot water in the bathroom, the towel dryer is working, the hair dryer is powerful. Everything is as comfortable and natural as possible.
3. Very friendly and courteous staff, always at work.
4. There is a wide selection of food, snacks and drinks for breakfast.
Among the wishes, we ask for repairs in the shower and renovation of the floor covering.
Otherwise, everything is fine! I am glad that I chose this particular hotel. I will definitely come again next time.

Despite some disadvantages, I will leave an excellent rating, since:
1. The staff is very friendly and helpful - both at the reception and room cleaning. Yes, the shower was leaking, but the maid girls knew about this problem, and immediately came to fix the problem.
2. The room was also cleaned simply at the first request.
3. The walls are cardboard, you can hear the alarm clock ringing behind the wall, but somehow it doesn't annoy).
4. Slow elevators, only two worked on our arrival, we went down the stairs, sometimes we had to wait in line.
5. The interior is the USSR, especially in the breakfast room. It feels like you're a party functionary at a corporate breakfast. Regarding the scarcity of the buffet, I disagree. The choice of dishes is varied. It is very satisfying and delicious.
In general, it is clear that the staff knows the shortcomings and tries to minimize their impact on the mood and rest of customers. There were only 2 working elevators on our arrival, because the rest are being replaced with new ones. The location is a delight! Opposite is the wonderful Victory Park. Gorky Park is a 30-40-minute walk away, All the sights are nearby. A taxi will always be called at the reception without any problems if there is no local SIM card.
I can safely recommend it for a vacation!

The hotel was built for the Olympic Games-80, but it has a modern high-quality renovation. There are three bus stops to the city center.
The staff is well-mannered and friendly. The breakfast buffet is delicious, especially Belarusian dairy products. There are not enough fruits, but there are juices in the assortment.
The rooms include everything you need: TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, toiletries (soap, shampoo and gel). There is no kettle in the rooms - the boiler is in the hall. There is no safe. Snow-white towels, 3 pieces each, are changed daily. The bed is not made when cleaning, the glasses are not washed.
The hotel has slow elevators, the doors "slow down" when opening. Of the three elevators, only two are working, the third is under repair (October 2024).
The hotel is surrounded by a landscaped area, lots of flowers and shrubs, a pond with a fountain and benches for relaxing on the shore

A hotel with echoes of the Soviet Union.. in general, everything is not bad — clean and tidy, but..
Price.. 5 thousand (Russian) in one night, it seems to me a little expensive.. although it was the lowest price for hotels in Minsk on that date.
The key to the room with a keychain that weighs a ton and needs to be given at the reception when leaving. In my opinion, it is inconvenient.
There are problems with the elevators — only one of the 3 elevators worked. Sometimes I had to wait.
There are no coffee machines in the lobby.. After 23-00 I wanted coffee.. the bar was closed, and the nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away.. the reception offered to go to a nearby hookah bar and have coffee there, but I wanted to have coffee in the room. As a result, I was left without coffee...
There is no trash can in the room. There is a small one in the toilet, but it does not fit under household garbage..
There was no hot water in the shower when checking in at 18:00.. I stood, waited, and let it pass.. after 20 minutes, the DHW did not appear.. I said at the reception — after an hour the water appeared.
I bought breakfast separately for 27 bel. rub. A buffet, no frills, but you can have a normal breakfast. There are both hot and cold snacks.

The hotel is generally quite good if you relax there in the summer, when the lack of hot water and heating is not so terrible.
Minuses:
1. The rooms are very cold. It's not even that they're cold, they're icy. With the temperature outside at +8, it's just some kind of freezer, and of course there's no heating in May. You don't live in a room, you survive.
2. Hot water, it's probably some kind of fairy tale. It flows in the shower either cold or barely warm. When you want to keep warm from the freezer in the room, they don't even give you normal hot water to keep warm.
3. The hole on the door to the room we were given. On the 11th floor. I don't know what kind of drama unfolded with the previous tenants of the room, but 2 deep holes on the outside of the door does not bode well. This should be fixed somehow.
4. Good audibility of neighbors, and the slamming of the doors of the floor staff at 5 a.m., in the technical room. But this is not a significant disadvantage compared to the other 2 points.
5. Unclear prices for breakfast. The table doesn't seem to be rich, you won't eat much in this buffet anyway, at most a portion of porridge or a couple of eggs with a sandwich, for example, I don't need to put the whole table in 1 plate, I eat little. Therefore, I do not consider it the right decision to pay 30 bel.rubles per person for this. Therefore, they still refused breakfast. As a result, we had breakfast in a shopping center near the hotel, where 30 bel. rubles went out for 2 people, not one.
I also didn't understand very well why the price of the hotel is based on the dollar exchange rate, when it seems that the country is far from a dollar, well, that's okay. Of course, 18 thousand for 3 days is expensive when there is no normal hot water in the hotel. Still, it's 3 stars, not 1.
Pros:
1. View from the window. If it overlooks the river and the Belarus Hotel, of course. The view is gorgeous and the panoramic windows are pleasing.
2. Not the worst furniture, not shabby, look good and neat. At least in rooms with two separate beds.Only the shower holder was broken, and so was this door....
3. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. I like this Soviet-style look, especially since you can see how carefully they treat it, nothing is shabby, and in my opinion it's good. There should be such places too. At the entrance to the hotel there is a well-kept garden, fountains, a flower stand, everything is pretty. It even seems to have its own spa area, who cares.
4. A good location is, of course, advantageous. There are parks and attractions across the street, the metro is 15 minutes on foot, the shopping center is 10 minutes from the hotel, where then there are also attractions across the street.

We had our first vacation in Minsk. We stayed at the Planeta 3* hotel, excellent location in the very center of the city! Affordable price! Everything is nearby! The view is gorgeous! The hotel is very nice, well maintained, the staff is polite.

The room is clean, the staff is friendly - probably all the advantages. Of the cons: there is no entertainment (I went with a child, I entertained myself), table tennis, air hockey would be useful. The scarcity of the assortment for breakfast (we went to lunch and dinner in the city), the dishes are the same day after day, the porridges only changed. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 am, at 09:00 you will come and see empty pots, and what is left is already half-cold. A couple of times they got into it and began to go to the restaurant located in the shopping center next to the hotel at 10:00, the money is the same (27 rubles per person), but also more satisfying, more comfortable, the assortment is larger (the same draniki only ate there).

We stayed in June 2024.
The hotel is conveniently located, a 10-minute walk along the embankment to the main promenade area and the "attractions". The passage to the hotel, given the urban location, is convenient. There is free Parking, in more detail: check-in from the avenue and confidently drive to the end, we run into a fence with a barrier, without turning anywhere!
Rooms-we had a small but clean room, the bathroom is not "ice" problems with the push and shower! It was not possible to change the room, everything was occupied. But the staff said that there are better rooms.
There was no food at the hotel.
Recommend it or not, probably not if it's in the old rooms.
Have a nice stay!

Definitely not a hotel, but a hotel.
You won't find slippers and a dental kit there, but you can buy one at the reception.
The most disgusting breakfasts, except for compote, it's great.
The rooms are very shabby, the whole floor creaks, the windows open wide, in which there are no mosquito nets and, in general, you can easily fall out, since the window sill is well below the waist.
The beds are categorically Soviet heritage, having seen a plentiful number of guests.
The bathroom is a stuffy little room without forced ventilation, in which there is a roar of pipes, a smell, and in order to wash properly, you need to "play" with the faucet for a long time in the setting from boiling water to a glacial waterfall and back.
Well, the crowning achievement is the room KEY: a half-kilogram brass artifact, which is better to hand over at the reception when going outside, since it is simply inconvenient to carry this splendor with you. And yes, this is exactly a KEY with a keychain weighing half a kilogram, and not a card, as in the rest of the hotel world.

It's all clear. a 2-bed room on the 6th floor was very good, a single room on the 5th was also fine, but there was a curtain in the shower, not a cabin, it was inconvenient, of course, but the price of the room was acceptable. The location of the hotel is a solid 5! Across the street is the WWII Museum with a large park, and a 15-minute walk to the historical part, past shops and a shopping center. The hotel has a regular parking lot on the street in front of the entrance, and there is also a guarded one. It was convenient to put a rental car. ATM near the reception. 2 companies offering guided tours in the lobby of the 1st floor. The staff is friendly.

The hotel has a very good location, opposite a huge park with a system of lakes, within walking distance of the center and attractions. Inside the hotel there is a living reminder of its socialist past, the room key on a healthy brass plate. I was especially impressed by the Daikin air conditioner, as if from a museum. The restaurant in the hotel could not be found, but in the morning it was possible to have breakfast. The price of breakfast per person is 27 Belarusian rubles. Standard room, slippers at the reception for 3 Belarusian rubles, it was not possible to find out about bathrobes, plumbing is working, refrigerator in the room.

The Planeta Hotel is our favorite in this category. Friendly girls at the reception, the rooms are clean, good (free) Parking. A gorgeous view from the window, if the windows overlook the city and the park. Nearby is one of the main parks of the city "Victory Park". They regularly improve something in the hotel, now they are changing the elevators. It's nice that children stay free of charge. Thanks! Your regular guests.

I recently stayed at the Planeta Hotel in Minsk and was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and service. The location of the hotel is just perfect - in the very center of the city on Pobediteley Avenue. The Museum of the Great Patriotic War, shopping malls and many other attractions are nearby.
The rooms at the hotel are clean and cozy. The hotel has excellent service and delicious food in the restaurant. The breakfast was especially pleasant - everything was very tasty and satisfying.
The value for money in this hotel is excellent. I would love to stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances! :)

The hotel is very good, the location is just super, many sights of Minsk can be reached on foot while being quiet. We lived in a two-room suite-it was very cozy, the air conditioning was only in the bedroom, but since there was a comfortable temperature outside at night and the window was open, it was also comfortable to sleep in the living room. We stayed from January 16-19, 2025.
Overall impression: fleur of a great-grandmother's apartment, but with comfort! It's great to come and sleep for a couple of nights.
Advice to residents: if you disdain to wash your bare feet in the shower, rubber slippers are sold on the 4th floor of the gallery shopping center (a store with hieroglyphs).
The positive aspects:
+ very friendly staff (we were given detailed answers to all questions and requests);
+ clean and warm room 1112 (we did not notice any traces of someone else's presence or poor cleaning);
+ availability of a free storage room;
+ hearty breakfasts (I have an intolerance to dairy products - I went to a meeting and every morning they made a plate with porridge on water; otherwise, delicious sausage, omelette, potatoes were sometimes cherished);
+ wi-fi flew;
+ a set of towels, a working refrigerator, all elevators are new - working (we lived on the 11th floor and did not notice the languid waiting); shampoo, shower gel and soap.
Let's move on to why I took off the star after all.:
- I don't know what they do with the bed linen, but we had a rash after a night out.;
- it's a bit expensive for such a room (despite the breakfasts);
- IT's VERY hard to get the key out of the door;

The hotel is excellent. The staff is attentive and polite. The rooms are clean, the furniture is normal, but of course it is no longer new. There is a nearby shop "Neighbors", you can buy everything you need: food, soap accessories. The only disadvantage for older people is to go far to the nearest bus stop, but the issue is solved by calling a taxi, it is very affordable in Minsk.

They lived in May 2025. The overall impression is good. The room was small, but it suited us. Parking is no problem. Suitable for a short stay. I especially liked the breakfast buffet, everything is edible, everything is delicious.
The flaws didn't catch my eye, but I won't write any rubbish like a neighbor was snoring behind the wall and I won't have any slippers.

The price and quality are 5 stars. We had a room on the fifth floor, newly renovated, snow-white linen. There is a refrigerator in the room. I cleaned every day. Bags of shower gel and shampoo were replenished in the bathroom. There are plastic caps. Towels are different (bath towels, face towels, foot towels). Hair dryer. There is no kettle in the room, the cooler is only with cold water, if it is important to anyone, please note this. There is a polite staff at the reception, ready to help. Very convenient location of the hotel, close to all the iconic places. There is a place to walk. I won't find fault with the little things. I liked everything. Thanks!
