The place is disgusting!
There are a lot of questions about the menu. There is a set menu, but it is not printed anywhere and is simply voiced. They justified this by saying that it changes every day! This is nonsense. Many establishments have set meals and they are fully accessible to the buyer. Prices are above average. The prices are incredibly high for such a "diner"!
The place itself is very dirty, the window sills are just black.
We ordered julienne (chicken with mushrooms) and French fries 2 servings, scrambled eggs, soup and tea from a set lunch. And Julien has HAIR in two plates!!! When they brought it to the administrator to show, she said it was ours. We have nothing else to do! Tea was never brought, i.e. we also presented 4 rubles for tea to this institution!
In the kitchen, all the staff are without hats, gloves, etc. The sanitation is complete!
The book of notes and sentences is torn up. Half the book can be easily replaced!
I hope that the staff and the founder of this "eatery" will read the review and return the money that was spent nowhere.… And in general, I'm waiting for a response to the entry in the complaint book! There will also be an official appeal to the sanitary inspection station for further verification.
And if you want to get sick and spoil your mood, then this is the place for you!!!

The cutlery is dirty, I ordered 3 caesar salads, 2 pancakes, 1 serving of dumplings, tea and coffee, waited 45 minutes and then brought 1 pancake. After another 10 minutes had passed, the salad was served (the salad did not have what was stated on the menu), the salad was not tasty, the chicken was undercooked, and eventually the rest of the order arrived an hour and twenty minutes later. The result is that everything is not tasty, cold, and it takes a very long time to wait. The unkempt appearance of the bartender. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Two pancakes, tea and a set lunch (without soup) waited 40 minutes. As a result, the tea was not brewed, and the pancakes and lunch were cold. When you ask the waiter how much longer to wait, they say that there are 5 minutes left, but in the end you have to sit for 40 minutes.

Delicious and cheap. If you want to have a snack with a minimum waiting time and an acceptable price, then the road is definitely here. They served quickly, the food, of course, is not on the level of Minsk restaurants, but it is very good.

We held an event for 10 people here. I liked everything very much. One of the most affordable venues for events in Orsha. I can safely recommend it. The administrator goes to a meeting when discussing the menu on the table:) The portions are large and delicious

+ there are 7 dumplings in the plate, not 8.
The staff did not satisfy anything with professional qualities, but even human ones.
There is clearly a shortage of dishes in the cafe (2 teapots for all cafes, that is, only 2 tables can order tea at the same time, there are probably not enough appliances either). There is also not enough staff - one girl at the checkout, in the hall and periodically in the kitchen. 🫠

The kitchen is weak, not a delicious dry pancake with a huge amount of mayonnaise and an incomprehensible sausage, dirty appliances, cups with a brown coating and cracks. The dranik turned out to be too salty to eat.
Caesar lettuce the lettuce leaves were horribly curly and with black dots.
