I contacted this service center to order an original laptop battery. During the first conversation, the employee assured me that the battery would be original. I paid for the order, but the wait took a week, as the suppliers did not have it in stock. When the battery finally arrived, it turned out that it was a high—quality analog, which I was informed about when I called the service again. After installation, another problem was discovered: the battery was not charging from the original charger, which was confirmed by a warning when turning on the laptop and a mark in the BIOS.
The next day, I contacted the service center, and we agreed that I would send the battery back, and they would refund the amount I paid, including shipping. The money was indeed refunded, but the bank withheld the transfer fee. As a result, I actually paid for the delivery of low-quality goods back to the seller, which is extremely unpleasant.
I gave the video card for repair. Everything was fixed, explained what to do so that this would not happen again, photos were taken before and after, the work of the master is at the highest level! Thank you very much!
