Yesterday, my wife and I ordered pizza at 19:00, the order indicates the phone number for communication, but due to the circumstances, it turned out to arrive and pick up the order only at 19:45. And here's the most interesting thing: at the time of arrival, our order was no longer there, it was simply sold to other people. I would really like the Management to somehow explain why they didn't call us back and ask if We would come for the order or not. This is some kind of Arbitrariness and Piggishness. We were taking a taxi, got into a traffic jam, and that's why we were late. Why take a contact phone number so that you can just sell our order to other People? Therefore, even 1 star here is a lot! I have no more words. Therefore, My Opinion about this Office is that the TAIL, HORNS, HOOVES, PITCHFORKS are VOLOGDA..!

Poor service... The staff behind the counters is indifferent and inattentive. They don't keep the room clean at all. Dirty and untidy tables, broken chairs, and customers with their drinks and food. All this gives a negative impression of the institution.
