I came here with my wife and I ordered chicken with pasta, and when the order came, the pasta was with bacon and I don’t like bacon. When I told about it to the waiter, he told if you have religious beliefs about it, you should have told us, but I am not religious and it’s a preference of taste. He then told me that it was written on the menu that pasta comes with bacon. I thought myself that maybe I didn’t read it correctly, then I asked the waitress there for the menu, and yeah it wasn’t written there, so he tried to gaslight me also. We told about it to the waiter and now he claims that it’s not written because it is assumed that pasta have to be bacon, and it is like that everywhere which is ridiculous. My wife ordered soup with wild meat, and we asked what kind of meat it is, and he said it is chicken. We were like why is it wild meat if it is chicken but still ordered. When it came, the meat was anything but chicken, it was brown in color. We asked the waitress what meat is this and she said it’s moose. We told her that the waiter told us it’s chicken. Another ridiculous thing is in other dishes in the menu moose is written as moose and not wild meat. The waiter came again and confronted us that he didn’t said the meat is chicken but moose. So he tried to gaslight us twice and overall a terrible waiter. Moose soup wasn’t bad but the service is really terrible. Not recommended at all.

Атмосферное место! Красиво, вкусно, доброжелатель ные сотрудники, тематически оформлено! Посещая Псков всегда заглядываю сюда!
Один минус, (я считаю, что если все таки это место и название ведёт историю с конца 18 века ( покупка купцом Подзноевым)а до него и более ранний период интересен)) ,то совершенно неуместно музыкальное оформление !!! ( современная эстрада)! Полная несуразность ( мое исключительно мнение) в интерьере и этой музыке , под которую предлагается там отведать разных вкусностей!!! Более уместно было бы оформлять все тихой средневековой музыкой! Или классикой... Но не эстрада!

Мне очень понравилось место. Настоящее немецкое пиво на разливе - свежее и вкусное. Наливают в том числе в литровые кружки - вот она близость к Германии. Брал только закуски к пиву и они божественны. Пирожки с мясом - объедение, бастурма с аджикой - восторг, шампиньоны в кляре - твердая пятерка. И понравилось, что цены адекватные как на пиво, так и на кухню.
Добавим к отличному меню быструю скорость обслуживания и атмосферу настоящий древнерусских палат. Место, которое стоит посетить, особенно если вы любите хорошее пиво.
