We went with the band to perform in June 2023. Let's start with the good stuff, there's not much of it: beautiful nature, dolphins, discos with grandmothers, a good water park and a Ferris wheel. And now about the bad stuff.
1) The repair leaves much to be desired. There are broken tiles everywhere, it stinks terribly, scuffed wet wallpaper with stains, plaster is falling off, beds with springs that dig into the back, there is some kind of grave needle in one of the beds.
2) The staff. There's only one maid in the entire hotel who needs to retire. They asked us to remove it, and we were almost evicted, and they also said that all Russians were the last ungrateful pigs. There was no cleaning at all, the floors had to be washed with a towel. On the balcony next to us, where no one lived, there were dirty, dusty underpants that felt older than the hotel itself.
3) Food. On the plus side, I managed to lose weight in a week. Pancakes are also normal. Everything is steamy and bland, the food repeats itself, the buffet is difficult to call such, but you will not starve). One of us threw up on the cottage cheese...
4) The lights and Wi-Fi are often turned off, and the doors are magnetic
It's a formality. And now about the most interesting part.
There's a centipede in the room, and a moth in the next one. Of course, they were also scared and didn't get into our ears, but we were already afraid to enter the room.
A little bit about the wonderful lady in the photo. Story: we walk around the hotel during the day, we don't touch anyone. A guy comes up, gives the girl's number, they say they liked us, wants to get to know each other. The girl doesn't really look like a girl, as you can see. We refused culturally, the girl began to harass us in the dining room and outside its territory (she is a hotel employee, a waitress). She said that every season she gets to meet beautiful girls here. Desperate, she gave us the middle finger. It's scary to come back.... Such pies. Draw your own conclusions

Military industrial complex of Pitsunda. There is no more beautiful place for a summer vacation: the sea, the mountains, the air, the forest - everyone knows this. I join all the good reviews, of which there are a lot. But I especially want to tell you about the buffet food. For many years now, Bidheba Diana Viktorovna, chef Sergeeva Elena Ivanovna and hall administrator Marina Shotovna have been in charge of dining room No. 2. We admire their impeccable work: it is always perfectly clean, the dishes are always fresh, everything is delicious like at home, there is enough for everyone, the waitresses are friendly and friendly. We rested six times and never had a case of any diseases. During the holiday season, we have to feed a huge number of people, among whom there are some who are not very intelligent. However, Diana Viktorovna perfectly copes with all difficulties and creates an atmosphere of comfort and home warmth. Thank you very much to her and her team. Sincerely, the Davidenko family.

We had a rest in October, the weather was great, the sea was clean, the beach was well cleaned, there were sun beds, the pines were tall, the air was fresh, the positive moments were over...
The food was like in a gourmet canteen, the porridge was diluted with water, the soup was the same. The staff is rude, they went begging to give us toilet paper, there is no cleaning, there are no mats in the shower, there is only one elevator for the entire building (bang). I do not advise you to rest here, unless you are looking for other accommodation and food, the nature is of course amazing, the rest is a minus.
